Helpful staff for checking in, holding baggage, showing me around. I really enjoyed the breakfast to start my day. That was something I did not expect.
It was my first hostel stay so I did not have much to compare to except for hotels or air b n b stays.

Location was amazing! In the train station itself. The Sap Bento station with the famous, and stunning tiles. Staff was wonderful and do helpful with a few issues I was having, unrelated to the hostel. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Clean and very comfortable beds. Loved having a female dorm
Also while walking the Camino I spoke with someone else stayed previously. He raved as well!
Nights were a little noisy only because I go to bed earlier and still a lot of activity outside, no one’s fault

The comfort of the bed, the curtains for privacy, the lockers for bags and for the rooms. The place is nice, I like that is insude the train station, the staff is REALLY NICE, they are kind and welcoming. They have activities so it's fun
I had a great night. Bring earplugs!
I did not like the showers; they were uncomfortable, smelled like a public bathroom, even with window wide open (hot day).
There were also not enough hooks inside the shower to hang things, so everyone put their clothes on top of the door, and many fell to the other side.
There is no AC, so it is hot; we left the window open in our room, which helped, but I had to keep my curtain open during the night.
There is a big construction on the street, they will wake you up even with good earplugs around 8am.

I liked the layout & the bathroom/shower facilities.
There was construction right outside which meant we were woken up 7-8am daily (as early as 6am from what I’ve heard). The construction is not their fault really but the price does not reflect this detail… & we couldn’t close the windows when it was hot as there was no aircon. It was also a bit of a mess in the room if I’m honest. We also had flies everywhere inside because we opened the windows. Considering the flies and heat I’d expect the hostel to have a fly screen.
