Lo espacioso y equipamiento del alojamiento, además de estar cerca del centro y de la playa
Que la alberca estaba fuera de servicio y que fuimos notificados después de realizada la reservación y sin tiempo para buscar opciones

The location was great, nice and quiet. A easy walk to downtown or the beach if you are looking for some fun. It was well managed. The staff were fantastic.
The hot tub was out of service. The showers were lukewarm. The kitchen didn’t have tea towels for drying dishes.

The rest of the hotel was low-key and quiet. The breakfast was great. Lots of room around the pool. Plenty of loungers for guests.
Pool was very cold. Hot tub was not working properly. We were bitten quite badly one night by bed bugs. There were no other rooms to move to.

I love the location. It’s is near all the action without being right in it.
I also love the staff. They are helpful and nice.
This was my second time staying here and I will stay here again in the future.
Our shower was a glass wall looking into the room. It would be nice to have a little more privacy.

Great location.
We had multiple light bulbs not working, missing the AC controls on the lower floor. The breakfast at the cafe wasnt great and only ate there once.
10.0
The location, facilities, the pool and the staff were excellent.
The food was not quite as good as I remember when we first came there a few years back.

It was centralized, close to the town and close to the beach. Free coffee.
The hard uncomfortable furnishings. No TV/cable reception.

The location amenities were nice and the hotel it self was pretty.
The water pressure from the plumbing was bad, the Wi-Fi was slow and wouldn’t work in the whole of our hotel suite. The sound proofing of the front door was bad as well.

Great location, price Is very reasonable. Staff is remarkably friendly. We had breakfast and the cafe de olla and chilaquiles are amazing. Pool area great for children.

What a great choice for Sayulita. Locations great in a quiet street about 1 minute from the beach and 4-5 minutes walk from the square. The pool area and cafe are amazing. Really tranquil and colourful. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay in Sayulita.

The hotel room was nice and clean. I like how close it is to stores and the beach.
Bar was never opened! Opens late and closes early!!! Plus a ton of weed in the vicinity.

The property is a great location- just a quick 5 minute walk to downtown but quiet at night.
There are plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes or less walk.
The courtyard with the pool was nice for lounging.
This is a family friendly hotel.
Overall, the property was great for our stay. The beds were a little hard but I’ve found that typical in Mexico.

colourful Pueblo in the Dayulita centre with a pool good for a swim
dark bedroom, overall noise from the yard

The location was great, very close to the beach and away from the noise and madness of the main square.
They will find any excuse to rip you off, trust me. We arrived 5 hours before our check-in time and wanted to see if our room was ready to leave our luggage, they said it was ready but they would have to charge an early check-in fee xD. I understand that hotels charge for late checkout, but for early check-in when the room is ready, come on! They didn't change our towels even once in the 5 days we stayed at this hotel, even though they were dirty with sand and stuff from the beach. The worst was when we checked out, they first asked for a tip for the staff to immediately tell us they had to charge us 650 pesos ($50 CAD) for staining a bed sheet (to the group doing the checkout before us they charged them 180 pesos for breaking a mug). It is their duty as a hotel to wash the sheets and towels, I still don't understand how in the world I have to pay a fine for staining a sheet. I complained to the hotel manager and received the worst customer service of my life. We've been traveling around Mexico for 2 months now and this is by far the worst hotel we've stayed in.

Very nice hotel, the 2 bedroom appartement was big, clean and comfortable. Great pool, restaurant on site, in a quiet part of Sayulita. City center only 7-8min walk. Super close to the beach. We really liked this hotel.
Kitchen needs to be better equipped if you plan to cook.

we really loved El Pueblito and would recommend to anyone. The rooms were nice, bigger than expected. there is a trundle bed in the living room that we hadn’t counted on so there was even more space. the hotel is vibrant & bright. there is lots of seating around the pool. the main floor rooms open to the pool which is wonderful. the restaurant was open until 5pm and had an afternoon happy hour. they have daily free yoga for guests on the roof and the instructor is excellent. it was close walking to the beach and far enough from the action that it was a bit quieter (on most nights). staff was very friendly.
we couldn’t quite figure out the cleaning schedule. there were some days we took our own garbage down to avoid ants getting in. we didn’t ask at the front desk though so I’m sure we could have asked form more cleaning. the pool also needed some serious cleaning while we were there, but they seemed to get on that once they realized. there was a pair of underwear by the pool for two days and the pool side chairs/tables didn’t seem to be cleaned very often.

We loved everything of this hotel. The people the place and it is do clean.

The hotel is nice and quiet, still only a short walk away from the buzzing downtown and busy beaches.
The daily morning yoga classes are amazing as well as the breakfast.

Location was gray as well as staff. Nice to have a restaurant for breakfast. Was easy to rent a golf carts. Tino transportation from airport was good. Ask for Jessi.
Room is really small with not much storage. Bathroom door didn’t close well.

we loved the location of this property. Enough away from the busy town so it was quiet at night, but just a few short minutes walk to the town and beaches.
The pool is very cold, and it would have been nice to have the hot tub heated if the pool isn’t. Our only negative, and we still got in the pool every day.

The room was spacious and in pretty good repair. The AC units worked extremely well. Beds were decently comfortable but not luxurious. The hotel was quiet at night, away from the bustle of the village. The grounds were lovely. The pool area is very attractive and well maintained. The plant walls and the decor were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. The location was central, easy to walk to the main plaza and the beach. North beach was at the end of the street, maybe 2-3 blocks at the most? There is (limited) onsite parking, which was helpful since we had a rental car. I know many people choose not to have a rental while visiting Sayulita but we visited other areas nearby (San Pancho) and had to travel back to PVR while we stayed, as well, so having a rental was more economical than paying for airport transfers/ taxis. There was a street market right outside the hotel which made walking to/ from the main plaza more fun each day. The daily breakfast was delicious and they had several options to choose from. And the concierge, Priscila, was extremely kind and helpful with orienting us to Sayulita, excursions, providing personal restaurant recommendations, etc. Most of the staff were friendly and kind especially the guys who served breakfast.
The gentleman who checked us in was brusque and unfriendly. We requested an additional room key from him that was never provided (I do not know his name and we ended up obtaining a room key from another employee later). The Wifi login was not provided at check in; I had to go back to the office to ask about it. Housekeeping services are reported to be offered in all the written info about the hotel, both on booking.com and in the hotel room, but we did not receive housekeeping services for our 3 night stay. We exchanged beach towels at the main office and the same gentleman who checked us in was rather rude about the request to exchange the towels- after we had been told that the towels were available for our use. So we're unsure if we did something to offend him or violated the hotel rules in some way? Check-in and the towel exchange were thankfully the only interactions we had with him.
A couple of quirks- no paper towels or dishsoap was provided for the kitchen; we did not request these items so I'm unsure if the hotel stocks them or not. Also, washcloths are not provided; we did ask about these and were informed they were not available. These items weren't super important, it was just surprising to us (from the US) that they weren't provided.

We loved the authentic Mexican feel of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location was great!
The water in the shower never got more than lukewarm. Our bed was incredibly noisy from even the slightest movement. The room was not made up every day but I’m not certain if that was normal and we just didn’t understand the schedule.

The staff was lovely and the location was perfect for us, just outside main area and a block from beach. Our room was very large and comfortable.
The only downside was the pool was quite cold and there was no actual jacuzzi. the restaurant hours could’ve been a bit better
10.0
Great location close to the beach or town but tucked away like a piece of paradise
the rooms are delightful but the furniture was very uncomfortable.
