Top floor restaurant was wonderful and breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice, but very noisy from other guests

Nice view from the room. Breakfast was great and the pool area was nice. The beds were comfortable and the twin beds were more like double beds.
We could not get early check-in even though the hotel is huge and could not have been full.

The beds were excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable, the bathrooms marvelous with good space, water pressure, and hot water. The razors actually worked. :)
Also, given the issues, a day later, the management responded and offered an upgrade and massage. Lovely people. Given the right support, it shall be marvelous.
The bar had no tonic water, I went to buy some downstairs to be able to have our drinks. The pool is not infinity and therefore too shallow to swim if euro sized. Wine service was lacking knowledge, ordering western food on the menu was a disaster.
