Nestled in Porto, this charming house for $139 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Ideal for large groups of up to 9 people on business or pleasure. It is located in a quiet residential area, north of the historical center of Porto, close to supermarket, bakeries, cafes, restaurants (take away and conventional) and pharmacy (everything between 2 minutes and 5 minute walk). Free parking spaces in the street, in front of the house. It is about 15-20 minutes from the town center or the beach takes about 15-20 (by car, by bus, or by taxi). There is a bus stop and a taxi rank within a 5-minute walk. There are direct buses to the city center, the airport, train stations and the beach. It has 4 bedrooms: One suite (double bed), one bedroom with double bed with private bathroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds (one with a bed and the other with two) with shared full bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the common room where two people can sleep. Each room has a work desk and a portable electric heater. Cot available on request Living room with cable TV. Free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board All linen and towels are provided The house was remodeled in January 2016. We are present upon arrival and departure of guests. Give them all the information about the house and the city: places to visit, where and what to eat, how to quickly go downtown (by bus, taxi or in your own car). We believe our clients like to feel free to explore our city in any way they wish. We are always available to resolve any issues that may arise.

We had a great family vacation at Burgos's house. The host was super friendly and accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, large and comfortable. It was also a great location for exploring around.

Perfectly nice neighborhood, staff was great, kind, and thoughtful. We had to leave early however due to it being just shy of 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the house when we arrived (but about 85-90 outside), no air conditioning, and when opening windows (no screens) to get airflow it caused us to be eaten alive by mosquitos. Also since the windows were open the seagulls calling all night kept a us awake. Since it was our last few days in Portugal coming from the United States, we wanted to make sure we could get rest and truly enjoy those days, and nothing was the owner’s fault necessarily, so we just ate the cost and moved on. When the owners heard we were leaving they came right over to see if they could resolve the issue, which was considerate, but the first response from the daughter was “this is Porto, there are seagulls and mosquitos, nothing we can do about that”. We understood that, which is why we didn’t complain (though I think a little empathy on the owner’s daughter’s part would have been a better approach initially), however the culmination of things caused us to change our plans so we could enjoy the last few days of our trip.

The house is a beautiful large home in a great area , close to the sights and to the airport .. it was perfect for us .

Lovely old-European decor, spacious for our family of seven, quiet street, convenient to market & restaurant, hosts were very responsive & helpful.

Our hosts were wonderful and attentive. Their home is a short ride from the airport and from downtown Porto, we had decided we wanted to stay a bit out of town and this was perfect. It’s got an “older generation” feel and decor, abd is comfortable and clean. I do wish there were screens on the windows or doors so windows could have been left open at night and that there were fans in the bedrooms. All appliances worked well, grocery store right around the corner. A great stay.
