service good room was clean

I couldn't find garbage in the room and bathroom.

If you have a event in the Barclay arena or Volksparkstadion this is THE place to book a room. Kiki the hostess was very helpful and friendly. The whole accommodation was very clean.

The room was large and very clean. We attended a concert in Barclays Arena, which is only a 15 min walk from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is a 5-10 minuttes walk from the S-train. All in all, an excellent location.

No wifi and only German tv. Difficult to find a breakfast location on Saturday and Sunday.

Very clean, modern amenities and only four iminuters away from the Bahnhof! Close to the arenas. Hence the name, I can imagine it's perfect if you are going to see HSV.

Very good place for night, good and big parking in front of Hotel. Metro station in 5 minutes walk, if you plan to explore town.

If you will have loud neighbours you hear them pretty well.

Charged additional 3 Euros (total 12 Euros) for pillow blanket and bed cover. Limited opening time at reception. We reached 20:30 PM and the receptionist even proposed that I need to pay again and rebook the same rooms we already paid!(as we arrived later than 7 PM)

It's not soundproof. I can hear people walking in the hallway.
