José was in contact before our arrival to provide us information about check-in and meet us at a time best suited to us. He was very responsive and kind. Upon arrival, he was very kind to provide us with a map and highlight where we may like to go, based on our questions for him. I cannot rate his customer service highly enough. He made it clear we could contact him with any questions during our stay.
The apartment was SO clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for us to use as a base to explore Porto. We found a lovely coffee stop at the top of the street, and had plenty choices of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If I were to return to Porto - which I would love to do - I would stay here again, no question.

It was certainly a nice surprise entering into the appartment very late and we found “pastel de Belen” as a gift for all of us. The appartment with 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room was exceeding our expectations

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean. The staff there was amazing. They created a WhatsApp group with me and checked in with me everyday and also arranged boat cruise tickets for us. Location was vey central to everything.

This apartment is in a great location. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and activities. It’s very spacious, clean and has everything a family needs for a holiday.

The location, the attention of the staff, all the tips on their website, the apartment itself was pleasant enough, the fact that there was an elevator.
They could offer 2 sets of keys instead of just one. Sometimes our group split up and having just one set of keys was an issue. Also, they could offer more fruit for breakfast. We were offered 1 plate that we finished on the first day. One suggestion would be putting extra fruit in a Tupperware for the second morning. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

Fabulous accomodation , centrally located within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions .
Hosts created a whatsapp chat the day before arrival , kept in good contact once our flight had landed and were available via the chat to answer any questions regarding the property and advice regarding trips / places to eat etc .
The accomodation was very spacious and very well equiped.
There was no air con in the bedroom which was managable for us but might be quite uncomfortable during high temperatures.

The place was in perfect location in the centre and close to river.
But Representatives of our appartment took care of us as like own family. So many excellent advise and all the time question if we are OK, do we need something. I never had such nice care from the accomodation person. Thank you a lots.

Great location, easy walk to the river and shopping and dining
our apartment had an elevator, which was a very pleasant surprise. Our traveling group was next door in another related building that did not have an elevator and so the only feedback on that is that the staff was there to assist in getting luggage up to the rooms which was such a pleasant and helpful thing for us as a little bit older travelers😁

Great communication with the host, always very responsive and welcoming!!!!! Excellent location on a quiet street!!!!!! Very nice rain shower and good size 2 bedroom apartment. Host met us and let us check in early. There is a small elevator a plus if you don't feel like taking the stairs. Paid for breakfast which was a time saver (frig stocked with eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, breads, milk, juices, coffee, tea, etc.) Also, yummy pastry on the table to welcome us on the first day. Bedroom windows had a nice view of the bridge.
Only 1 air conditioner in living room, so the two bedroom doors had to stay open to cool us during the night. Also don't care for the hanging veil over the bed post, which can collect dust - felt our nasal allergies started to act up. Nonstick fry pan was scratched and needs to be replaced.

Excellent location in the heart of Porto. The apartment had everything we required for a 3 night break. It was very clean, and neatly decorated.

The location is excellent just a couple blocks up from the river. Easy to walk to other parts of the centro. Barbara, Diana, & Olivia were all very pleasant and helpful during our stay. We bought breakfast at the apartment and they were very generous with the amount of food. Apartment was spacious and beds were comfy.

The location of this property was amazing! it was also very clean and comfortable, very spacious too with nice touches throughout!
One small drawback was that there was no luggage room to leave your bags during the day, but the staff showed us luggage lockers close by! Other than that, the property was perfect!

The location was perfect, the welcome and introduction to the area provided when we arrived made us feel comfortable in a new city and country that we knew very little about!!! The breakfast was well stocked with fresh bread arriving each morning!

We were met on arrival at the property. The agent was very friendly helpful and informative. We were assisted with booking a taxi for an early start. We felt very comfortable to contact the agent with any questions. We were delighted with the location and comfort level of our accommodation.

Perfect size studio apartment. Very clean and had everything I needed. Even an extension cord for my computer so I could sit at table to work. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because internet was down for two days while there and I had to work so there was added stress with finding alternatives. But Barbara worked so hard to help me any way she could and was always available when I had questions. She’s the BEST! And the breakfast I purchased with the room was perfect for what I needed. Almost too much food!

Everything was amazing, having fresh bread out of the oven every day, hanging in a cloth bag on the door of the apartment was a great privilege 😀♥️

Great location - walking distance to everything (river, cathedral, restaurants, train station, metro).
Very nice owners - provided the full support and information, were always available on What’s up.
Clean apartments consisted of the separate bedroom, comfy sofa + kitchen with all appliances (panel, microwave, tableware etc) in the second room. Except the food itself you don’t need to buy smth extra.
The radiator in the bathroom, especially useful in the rainy/cold weather.
Not cold (in January) if you turn on the air condition.
Safe is in the room.
Wi-fi also works good.

We had an excellent stay and would stay there again when back in Porto. The location was great and close to all public transport and great food/drink options. The place was very clean and a great size for our family. We loved (or I should say my son loved) the fruit and toys that were available in the apartment. He played with the toys the entire time we were in there. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Porto.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler - the location was extremely convenient to the train station and downtown Porto. I also loved being able to go to the local market and prepare dinner in my room with the fully stocked kitchen. Would strongly recommend staying here while in Porto!

The hosts were really helpful and accommodating. The location was outstanding. The property was somewhat luxurious and the beds were comfortable. There was only 1 bathroom but all facilities worked great. The rooms were well appointed and charming.
Parking wasn't easy, but there was a lot nearby. However, and I didn't know this at the time, you can park free on the street from 1900 to 700 the next morning.

Our host Barbara was wonderful. We arrived early and they allowed us to put our luggage in the room while we left for the day. She had a glass of port waiting for us as well. She arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport, and another to take us to the train station when we departed. She also made a dinner reservation for us one of the nights and was always available for questions and any communications. The place was well appointed and very clean and in a good location.
