The staffs were very friendly, especially 小筠， always smiling and ready to help; the cleaning lady 段阿姨 did a good job and made sure our needs were met.
I think the sink sewer pipe was installed without a U shaped pipe underneath so we closed the bathroom door all the time to avoid bad smell

The receptionists are very helpful. Also has laundry services and free coffee. Location is perfect, more gba than perfect
The rooms are not comfortable. They are small . And the bathroom is smaller

Location
Hotel did not respond to any emails even when Booking. Com tried. You are dropped off on the main street and you have to cart your luggages across. No elevators so got to cart your luggages up narrow steps. Bed as hard as rocks. Toilet & showers in same place - water splases everywhere.They only accepted payment via WeChat or AliPay ( not Booking.Com payments - use Booking. Com to hold/reserve booking).he
Staff very helpful and friendly. Place is similar to a youth hostel.
