Property had a good location and was easy to access and close to the village nearby
The property overlooks another big hotel which is an eyesore - you aren’t shown that in the property photos. The bathrooms in the room are a bit rough and rustic.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have been in all of my travels. I had a view room and each morning I would wake to pure majesty. The food was exquisite and the spa service was exceptional. The staff was some of the kindest and helpful people I have encountered in 5 months of traveling through South East Asia. The gardens and jungle pathways are beautifully groomed and cared for. I intend to return many times in the future.

Well located, astonishing views of the rice terraces, the resort is surrounded by and actually is floating in nature. Beautiful rooms, extremely helpful staff. Brilliant day tours with local guides. The restaurant is good, food is tasty and fresh.

The replacement room was very good and the breakfast was also very good.
The booked tent room was uninhabitable. It reeked of mold and should not have been rented out.
