From stepping In till we left, everything was magnificent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food in the open buffet was first class and changing the variety everyday.
The snaks on the pool and the ice cream is more than expected reaching the level of a meal rather than a simple snak.
The mini disco and the various performance were great and amazing.
Overall,everything was above the expectation and I cannot imagine something better.
We asked for two rooms as a family and been booked more than two months in advance, we have been given two rooms but each one in different floor, which made the communication with the kids a little bit difficult.

Outdoor Facilities. The staff were very nice. The food and drinks were excellent.
The indoor facility was a little dated. No air conditioning in the indoor hallways and none in the elevator. The dining rooms were clean, but not enough staff. During Rush hours. Our room balcony door lock was broken. The hand held and shower head had very little pressure. When we requested repairs they only fixed the hand held shower. But not the shower head. Even though it was explained perfectly.
