The hotel is opposite to the sea. Next to it, there is a street food area

The bathroom has bad smell. The door of the bathroom is broken. The POS is broken, so I could not use my credit card. I thought 2 small water bottles and tea in the desk is free to use. But, I was charged 40k VND for them. The reception desk usually empty with nobody and I have to wait a bit. The towel is not in a good condition. It's quite hard.
