El alojamiento en Oporto ha sido excelente en todos los aspectos. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy bien situada y con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. La limpieza ha sido impecable, todo estaba perfectamente cuidado y en condiciones óptimas. Además, hemos recibido un bonito detalle de bienvenida que ha hecho la estancia aún más especial. En general, todo ha estado súper bien y la experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. Sin duda, repetiremos en el futuro. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Convenient location near a metro station on direct line from airport. Good security. Spacious with plenty of storage and hanging space. Balcony faces west so good in the morning but too hot in the afternoon. Reasonably well equipped for self catering but a few things missing.
Some minor kitchen items missing which was annoying rather than a problem.

Everything perfecto! The apartment is very close to the sightseeing, it was very clean, my balcony had a great view, but there was no loud))
I appreciate the kindness and respect of the hotel stuff. Every time I would ask something, they answered Very quickly!

Maybe if you like to take a long shower, the hot water may disappear in 30 minutes))

Location
Would have expected to arrive to a clean place. Carpet and sofá were full of hairs and crumbs. I was offered cleaning only one day after and the stay was 3 nights. Some sort of comepnsation would have been professional since a cleaning fee is paid. Very disappointing.
