Gorgeous location and property perfectly situated. Stones throw from ferry, central to beaches snd excellent bike rental service- best bikes i have rented in Vietnam! All staff were exceptional. Delicious breakfast with local specialties. Mr Dai was welcoming and runs a fantastic establishment- highly recommended

The hotel overall is nice, the little infinity pool is cool and the ambience was relaxing and great and the staff is nice. hence the higher score, as without these it would have been even worse. reason for the score follows:
Unfortunately, my experience was heavily impacted by the room I was assigned.
Guess which is the only room of this type (which is not the cheap type) that had several AC units mounted directly on the outside wall? If you guessed the one on the first floor with the balcony where I was staying, you guessed right. Do you know what happens when the AC unit is mounted on a wall? It vibrates and makes a noise. Loud. So having constant vibration throughout the space ( well whenever the others had the AC on). Everything vibrated and making a very loud noise, like the airplane with the engines on, and since the vibration travels, even the bed was vibrating, so when I laid my head down, it was vibrating too! I could hardly sleep.
I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I found hair in and around the bathtub upon arrival, which did not give the impression that the room had been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. It is a good thing I always travel with my cleaning supply because I know the bathtubs are usually not very clean and I love having baths, but let me tell you, I had to rub extra hard on this one.
