In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play. ** There are 2 private rentals including Tiny House on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you are at the right one. ** Please note that Tiny House is SMALL so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces. Carbondale is a beautiful, quaint town with interesting shops and art galleries and fantastic restaurants. It is situated between Aspen (25 miles) with its world class skiing and Glenwood Springs (12 miles) with its world famous Hot Springs Pool.
