The cottage is spacious and light and located in a quiet rural setting. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath with shower, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There is a smart TV, a DVD player, and a small but eclectic DVD library. There are books, games, and puzzles. There is a covered patio in the front yard with seating, perfect for bird watching, and a small fenced yard in the back. The cottage is within 4 miles of the University of the South campus and hiking trails.
