This was the perfect location to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. There was plenty of room for our party of 12 with lots of fun amenities for the kids and younger adults. The pool and hot tub were used every day as was the game room. The host was extremely responsive to all of our petty asks and I would definitely book this place again when we come back. I couldn't recommend this place more highly to large family groups.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house offered a range of excellent amenities that made our stay truly enjoyable. From the comfortable beds to the refreshing pool and acess to a well-equipped gym, we were impressed by home.
One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location, just 20 minutes away from Disney World. We didn't experience any traffic, which made our trips to the park hassle-free and enjoyable.

Extremely close to stores and food/restaurants. The house and pool were clean and beautiful. The resort was kid friendly and the host responded immediately to any questions or concerns.

My kids loved staying here. The pictures don’t do justice. It’s a great place to stay. Lots of room. Kids loved the pool, and the movie room. I will be staying here our next trip. Beautiful gated community, the kids brought there rollerblades and had so much fun.
The kitchen needs a couple more large non stick pans. Or a large grill.

We all had such a great time. Would book this same property again. Game room was set up just as it was described. Theater seats were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was truly wonderful.

We booked this property for a week with 17 people (9 kids) and it was wonderful. Clean, easy to access surrounding attractions, lots of room for everyone and fun waterpark on site for the kids to utilize. The house pool while heated, was still to cold for the adults and kids to swim in very much, however the kids spent most of the time in the hot tub. The kids loved the themed rooms, especially the pod beds which were really neat and powered so they could plug in devices, have fancy lights at bedtime and even a personal fan. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a nice place to stay with a large group.

We loved the location of the property, there are some upkeep things that need to be done and a thorough cleaning to feel more like a higher end property. The dishwasher leaks and hard to tell if it is running properly. The towel bar in master bath needs to be fixed and a runner from the pool into tile floor would probably be a good idea. The kids loved the game room and theater room. Great space for multiple families.

A lot of the games in the game room were broken, no net for ping pong, basketballs flat.
The carpet is getting worn down and the house is showing some noticeable wear and tear.
We paid for the pool heat but it was cold in the 50-60’s and the pool never got above 75 and the hot tub would only get to 95.

The house is great. The game room with the sleeping pods was very cool, the kids loved it.
Communication with the renters was good, and any issues were resolved super quick. Good location close to a target. Close to Disney and universal. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall nice & clean home with a heated pool/hot tub. It was close to Disney with lots of parking. The TVs were difficult to work & we had to reprogram them. The theater room was also hot & the projector was over heating. The air hockey table didn’t work but it wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of other games.

I loved the house we stayed in. The beds were comfy. The pool with the heat is a must. We loved that. The patio area was great. The cushioned wicker furniture was not comfortable. The screened bird cage had some screens that were ripped so one day we had a bird come in. The kitchen was good except for the stove. The arcade room was great. The air hockey, foosball and skeet ball needed work but there was a basketball hoop game, a car race game, a demon gun game, and a pool table that they loved. Also in this room there were 4 bunk beds the kids liked. They were like little space capsules. We went to the resort one day. The big pool was heated but the lazy river and water slides were absolutely freezing. One person told us they never heat them. The kids did like the mini golf. I would stay here again we had a great time because of the heated pool and the big house to spread out in. We had 10 adults and 7 kids

Our stay was just what this family
Needed. Any issue was resolved immediately. Staff was accessible and prompt. I would pay for the hot tub and pool heater on our next stay. Grocery stores were close by and convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

This was perfect for our large family of 14. Us, our grown kids, and our grandchildren. Very glad I paid for pool heat as everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially since the weather mostly rained on our trip so many of our planned activities were canceled. We did have some minor issues but they were resolved quickly. The livingroom remote never worked properly but we used other tvs since there were many. Grwat place for a big family

Everything was amazing - only issue was some of the burners on the stove were not working properly and some of the pans provided were not the kind needed for the new stove. We had to buy specific pans that would work on the special electric stove- the AC downstairs needed to be flushed, but they came out right away and were friendly and fixed the problems. We had a great time!

Loved our house! This is our second time renting in this area and it did not disappoint.
Loved: huge house with lots of rooms, it was very clean, the theme rooms and game room are always a big hit, private pool, use of the club house.
Just a few complaints:
could use more kitchen rags (we brought our own because had the same issue last time). The house we had this year didn’t have any dressers in the bedrooms except for the master. I know our house the last time did have a few more dressers.
Also the chairs in the theater room seem like they need some replacing.
Overall we love this house and if we come back to Orlando again will for sure stay here!!

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at the Villa. Great Lake view, pool nice and warm without heating. Great location, less than 20 minutes to anywhere you’d need to go to.
Host very responsive to minor issues. Pool area could do with some more seating and sun beds (only 4).

What a gorgeous, spacious house! The amenities were excellent and exactly as advertised. More than enough room for everyone who stayed (total of 8 adults and 4 children). Pool, game room, and theater were huge hits with the kids and adults alike! Communication was fast and easy. Would 100% recommend!

This villa was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better (no more than 20 minutes away from the airport/parks/quality restaurants).

We loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the game room. Plenty of room for our 9 person party! Kitchen (oven) was not really clean but since we didn’t use it no problem there. Close to Disney, outlet shops, supermarket.

I had an amazing retreat with my colleagues at the Vrbo property! The place was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the VRBO host was attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The location was perfect, offering both a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby activities. Very pleased that the house was an exact match to the photos and description on the website. We've stayed at others that didn't. The house was spacious, able to fit our needs with room to spare. The view from the pool area was serene. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the media and the game room from sun up to sun down. A few recommendations, the patio furniture could use updating. The kitchen, very spacious for cooking and entertaining, could use a few more utensils, ie pots, pans, mixing bowls. Also, better instructions on how to enter the front gate would be useful. Moreover, the week was great. A good time was had by all.

Great home for multi generational family. Plenty of space, privacy and entertainment for the whole family. You could work, game, swim, or watch a movie and not be in anyone’s way.

Rental was exactly as described in photos. Marcela and Team were very accommodating and responsive to any questions are concerns the family asked of them. We truly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying in another Diamond Vacation Rental soon.

We have now stayed in several homes in the Orlando area. The location of this one was our favorite. Short trips to the store. Close access to I4 and the parks. plenty of space and lots of bathrooms. The four kids beds in the playroom were super cool. Really fast internet as well for all the streaming devices a family brings.
