If you smoke outside please don’t throw cigarettes in the grass, we have a tin labeled for you. • Pets Are NOT Allowed, It’s mandatory by the HOA that no Guest are allowed Pets or they will be asked to leave and pay a fine. (Owners are allowed) • Absolutely no parties, sorry no exceptions. • Parents: Do not book for under-age teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible. • Maximum number of people allowed Adults in the condo is 6 and 2 children under 12. • 2 parking spaces per unit - tags in unit.
