The pool area and the coffee. Staff is great and very welcoming. Albert and Kelvin at the pool bar were excellent, fun, quick, and very nice.
Food and people harassing me to buy stuff at the beach.

Me and my wife has been to this resort 3 times now, with this being the first time we brought our kids. ALOT of upgrade have been done since we were last here new water slide upgraded preferred rooms and amenities.
The only minor flaw I had is them taking away some of the top shelf alcohol and only making it exclusively for secrets. I feel like if your preferred regardless of which brand your staying at top shelf alcohol should be included. But like i said it was minor and didn’t really effect weather we had a good time here or not.

No regulation on rowdy guests, guests being heavily overserved. Very unsafe environment. Intoxicated people falling into the pool.
