The apartment is located 2 min walk from Central station.

The area around the apartment and station has a large number of homeless people, drug users and gangs hanging around.

Clean and convenient to train station

Check-in procedure at a different hotel was a nightmare. Made to sit in the “restaurant “ for 10 minutes while they were working out the booking details. Tried to charge me for another visitor despite checking my passport details. EFTPOS machine not working.

The room gave us access to a kitchen to save some money cooking at the apartment. The rooms were very spacious.

I got emailed the online check in for 1/2 of my rooms, and upon requesting the check in for the second room, I did not get a reply. This left me anxious for three hours before check in, concerned that I was only going to have 1 room with 2 people and our third traveller would be without a room. We went to the sister hotel and got it sorted however they struggles with English which made this situation difficult for them to understand and navigate. The location was convenient however as you will see in most of the reviews, the homeless people outside drink and do drugs on the street from dinner time to about 10am. The area feels unsafe to walk around solo or at night. These people were also very loud over night which meant on night 1, we were woken up around 11pm, because we slept with the windows slightly open to allow for a breeze (no aircon), and had to close it and sleep in the heat. They do provide a fan I will say. There’s also no elevator which is common but just noting.
