The young man wearing spectacles at the reception allowed us to check in when we arrived at around 10am from the airport.
We found the location to be excellent for access to MRT. The nearest station is only 100 metres from hotel. Catching Grab taxi service was also easy. We normally can get a ride in less than 10 minutes. Food options nearby was plentiful and reasonably priced. We like Albert Centre market and food Centre for wide variety and cleanliness.
The room was compact in size. We had to manoeuvre around as we had 2 large suitcases. Soundproofing can be improved. We were blessed with quiet guests in rooms next to ours during our stay

The staff were very accommodating when we asked to change a double bed for two single beds, they helped us by upgrading our rooms and also ensured our three rooms were next to each other.
The shower was great!
The location was perfect. Quiet and close to transport.
We would be happy to recommend this hotel and return on our next trip.

Good location. Very convenient for public transport. Good staff.
Room cleaning was very good. Our room attendant, May did her job nicely.
Room space is limited. But managed.
