About this apartment rental
Enjoy your morning coffee on our third floor balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald gulf. With tile floors, flat screen TVs and updated furnishings, this is the best value on the beach. Our condo sleeps six; the Master features a luxurious King size bed with a queen bed in the Guest suite along with a queen sleeper sofa. Seven pools to choose from including a picturesque beach front pool, a heated indoor pool with sauna, steam room, and hot tub make this the perfect year round resort. Tired of swimming? Enjoy a tennis match under the lights or a quick game of pick-up basketball on one of our courts near the shuffleboard and horseshoe area. When you turn down our drive you'll notice Alabama's number one rated golf course, Kiva Dunes adjoins our property. Not to mention the beautiful sugar white beach that is only steps away! Attention Snowbirds: Stays of at least 28 nights prior to March are eligible to reserve the first two weeks of March 2021 at unpublished winter rates. Ask for a quote.

The condo is in the building closest to the beach and pools, which was great. The kitchen is well equipped, I cooked every day for six people without any issues. We played pickle ball and basketball, and used the indoor pool one as well as the sauna and laundry facilities. We were there for six nights, five full days. It was the perfect amount of time. While there we checked out Alligator Alley and caught the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, excellent accommodations. Comfortable beds, nice condo with all the amenities! Small walk to the beach! It was a perfect spot to stay for our little family vacation! My three year old really enjoyed herself. Would 100 percent recommend
