Loaded with books, games, puzzles, DVDs. *Relax on the patio overlooking the pond or on the sunny wrap-around porch and patio overlooking the property and the next mountain ridge. Covered porch has comfortable couches, live-edge wood tables, bistro table and chairs, large gas grill and live edged bar height table with 5 adjustable bar stools. *Separate garage is a few steps from main house. It has 2 living/sleeping areas. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa (with air mattress topper), several comfortable reading chairs and a flat screen TV and kitchenette with sink, microwave, under counter refrigerator and coffeepot. There is a large full bath on this floor with shower and pedestal sink. Upstairs there are 4 bunks as well as a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV/game area, huge bean bag chair and desk. *Enjoy the wrap-around porch with raised propane firepit/table, patio, pergola, and large lawn areas. Incredible grounds, with huge pond (~1 acre) for kayaking and swimming and 32 acres of trails and streams to explore.
