L’appartamento è luminoso e molto grande, dispone di un soggiorno ampio, una cucina grande e abitabile, tre camere con tre bagni. La posizione è buona, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana trinidad e vicino al centro da raggiungere in 15 minuti a piedi.
L’appartamento non è curato e ci sono un sacco di cose che non funzionano tipo gli scarichi dei Water sono tutti malfunzionanti, le tapparelle elettriche non funzionano, servirebbero perché la mattina c’è molto sole. La casa non ha aria condizionata ma ci sono dei ventilatori. Quando ci siamo stati noi, non faceva caldo. La porta di un bagno non si chiude, i fermaporta per terra sono tutti senza copertura e si rischia di farsi male. Forniscono un solo asciugamano a persona, nonostante noi ci fermassimo tre notti. Hanno dimenticato di lasciarci i tappetini per le docce. L’aspiratore di un bagno non funziona. I cuscini oltre a essere duri sono vecchi. su uno dei terrazzi ci sono delle assi del pavimento rotte e sollevate, bisogna stare attenti. La pulizia si potrebbe molto migliorare, ci sono macchie nei pavimenti e nella cucina. Abbiamo trovato le tazze ancora sporche di caffè nonostante fossero riposte nei mobiletti. Peccato perché la casa ha un grandissimo potenzialità, ma non è per nulla curata, anzi direi lasciata un po’ abbandonata a se stessa. Inoltre lo staff non è presente, se si scrive sulla chat di booking risponde quasi sempre un messaggio automatico. Il check-in e il check out si fanno in automatico.

The location and apartment were great. It was walking distance to many places to eat, coffeehouses and the river and main areas in Porto. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people.
Just note that there is no air conditioning and we knew this before booking however they do have several portable fans. They did have good blinds and shades though to block the sun from coming in however we cannot get the electric blinds in the kitchen to work so the kitchen was very hot in the morning, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in there.

la situation du logement, son espace et dans l'ensemble son agrément
appartement bien isolé phonétiquement
l'entretien très défaillant :
-depuis plusieurs mois les occupants signalent que les wc ne ferment pas et cette serrure est toujours cassée
-les patères dans les salles de bains arrachées ou cassées
-le réfrigérateur américain (bien !) qui ne fait pas de glaçons (pas bien du tout) et qui laisse couler de l'eau (les dégats ne sont pas loin)
-la différence de niveau des chambres : principale avec un grand lit = TOP sauf que la moitié du placard est condamnée (porte coulissante manifestement mal montée), celle avec 2 lits = pas mal, la 3ème avec 2 lits = bas de gamme. Heureusement que nous étions avec 2 enfants en bas âge pour qui cette chambre allait bien.
-après 1 semaine j'ai commencé à soupçonner que la clim est peut-être dispensée par des consoles (chaud-froid ?)
mais sans mode d'emploi en français ...
-insuffisance de matériel de cuisson (pas de grande poêle alors que c'est un appartement 6 personnes)
-pas assez d'assiettes, pas d'ustensiles utilitaires (essoreuse à salade, éplucheur, couteau d'office, couteau à découper etc...)
-séchage du linge problématique (un tout petit séchoir 4 fils)
-aspirateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit mais n'aspire rien du tout (avons pourtant bien vérifié que le tuyau n'était pas obstrué)
