Didn't refill the tea cups and bags, only after two days

We had a nice big room with a kettle to make tea. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well and was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was good.
They didn’t respond to any text messages via Booking.com “ Contact the property” but we were able to resolve our issue without it. However it was a bit frustrating.

It was very clean and very close walking distance to the tourist areas. Staff was pleasant and professional.
They don’t answer the message within the booking.com page. There were pictures of breakfast service and mention of breakfast however breakfast was not available while we were there. Parking was available which was great.
