Small but perfectly clean and comfortable room, ideal for a one-night stay before an early morning flight. Excellent value for money, and the staff were very kind. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is convenient, though that location does come with the usual trade-offs.
On the downside, breakfast wasn't available the day I stayed. As for the neighborhood — well, you can't expect much around a train station, but it still managed to exceed my (low) expectations, in a rather post-apocalyptic-movie-set kind of way. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

The staff is excellent, very helpful,
No fridge in rooms, one of the towels was not as clean as one would expect.
