The location was outstanding! So close to everything yet calm and the perfect place to unwind. Thank you so much to Linh and her team, everyone was so kind and helpful!
The beds in the dorm are a little bit hard so next time I would probably go for the bungalow

The location is incredible! Very peaceful and being in a small part of a jungle was an amazing way to relax!
The bamboo rafts were a fun way to spend some time floating the loop around and hammocks on the balcony meant you could relax under the sun afterwards.
Air con & fride in the room were amazing extras as it was hot in the daytime.
Mosquito nets on the bed were also a very helpful design!
Staff were very helpful and couldn’t of made us feel anymore welcome!
Motorbike rental was well priced and a great way to explore the surrounding area.
Nothing.

A charming property in a brilliant location. Exploring the property and hanging out with the resident puppies and cats were the best parts. It was a great opportunity to relax in a quiet environment. The dormitory room was simple and good for backpackers.

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by nature.
Option to rent scooters was a amazing benefit, helped us get around Ninh Binh easy.
Honestly the photo's does not meet expecations.
If you are looking for a bare bones backpacking type style then it is the right place, but if you are looking for a bit more comfort & amenities, then I would give it a pass
