Everything went very well, and smooth. We had a very easy time checking in. The location was easy to find and very well situated in Porto, lots of shops, bars and coffee places around. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The doors to the rooms feel very safe :)

Location was excellent. The room wad super cute and comfortable and big!
No elevator and we were on the top floor. Cars park right in front of the building entrance and bringing in luggage through the cars is nearly impossible to do safely. Our water heater broke on the second day and although contract was called to check it out there was no solution and we had cold water for showers. When we asked to use another room to shower the answer was if it doesnt get booked. The room was booked the day of and we couldn't use it. My suggestion is they should have moved us to the free room instead of selling it to another guest. We had no hot water for 2 nights. Not fun.
