We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very conveniently located and felt like home. The sunset view of the mountains was amazing and i probably took too many pics but I couldn't help myself. I would definitely recommend this property.

Everything about our visit was just right. Communication with our host was excellent and immediate. This is a perfect location to stay in Sedona accompanied by terrific views. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in all our years, the travelling.

A perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fantastic view just steps away from Uptown Sedona!! I won’t hesitate to book here again the next time we’re in town!!

Great location and views Home is perfect and very private

I selected this house over another option when searching for a place to stay. The views of the red rock formations were hands down the feature that made it a no brainer. Gorgeous views through large windows made you feel so close you could almost touch it. The house and furnishings were a bit older but features were comfortable and relaxing. Location was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. Just what we needed for a week of R&R!

It is cozy and welcoming yet with a spacious dining/living Rm/kitchen open flow looking out to a beautiful view of the red rocks. The deck is a pleasant place to sit and gaze, there is an umbrella for shade and nice trees around. There is an amazing collection of books in the foyer. The kitchen is equipped for cooking; I cooked most of my meals while there. It is a perfect place to relax in a nice neighborhood full of interesting houses great for walking around. The host is responsive and kind. I had an excellent stay of 10 days😊🌸🌟

The location is perfect since it is in Uptown Sedona. You can walk to shops and restaurants. It is very pricey, it says it sleeps 4 but with just 3 people we were charged and extra guest fee , plus $ service fee and then $ lodging tax all blaming VRBO, which is crap. Don't think about cancelling once you have booked as you will not get 1 penny back per Marla who is not a joy to communicate with, and also lives below. The owner is ok. It needs a few upgrades in appliances, the toaster looks like it is from the 80's and the coffee pot is EXTREMELY SLOW. We did have a visit from a family of javelinas that knocked over the trash and got into it with bungee cord still attached. They were cool to see that close

Sedona Spice was a treat for our sisterhood reunion. The views from the common space are absolutely stunning. Comfy and clean accommodations within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lacking some sharp knives, but we made do, and will return!

Nice clean two BDR house very close to the shopping and eating center of town. You can leave the car at the house and walk a few minutes to the town center. Nice views all around. House was clean and fun to relax in after a long day of trecking and other activities.

We stayed in the Kyoob and were grateful for the protection from the chilly March nights. Enjoyed walking along the ridge, the blazing campfire and coming home to our beautifully appointed room. Comfortable. Cozy. And the stars!!!!

Absolutely a perfect location, walk to restaurants or shops and centrally located to the trails. Views from the house are spectacular, some unexpected great views with the heavy snowfall we received. David was a great host and we definitely recommend staying here. We tried to book for next year, but unfortunately it was already booked…

Comfortable stay. The owner, Dave, was extremely responsive and helpful. The view from the living room is stunning. Being very close to Uptown Sedona was fun also. A 2 minute walk to the coffee shop!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. As advertised, it was clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet. We especially loved the beautiful views of the Red Rocks and the great fireplace that we used often. Easy access to trails or even neighborhood walks with sweeping views. Restaurants, bars and shops were close. Perfect week in Sedona. Thank you, David for being a great host.

This was a great property for our stay in Sedona. It was very comfortable with everything we needed for our two week stay. The views were amazing and the location was within walking distance to all of the main shops and many restaurants.

Once again I enjoyed my time at Sedona Spice...great location with phenomenal red rock views. Dave, our host, has put so much thought and effort into creating and maintaining a comfortable and welcoming home. Am already looking forward to my next visit...

Our group of 3 adults had a wonderful stay here. The Red rock views in every direction made us feel like we were someplace magical. Even though it was in town, you could really enjoy some star gazing from the deck- a real treat. The bedrooms were as described-really nothing to say there. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped. We used nearly all the appliances including the washer and dryer and they worked just fine. The location was close enough to walk down to the tourist shops and restaurants which was nice.

This was our 2nd visit to this home & we no doubt have found “our spot!”. I could have copied the first part of Suzanne W’s review Bc she does exactly what I do when we first get to the home - the round swivel sofa can never go away! Lol We used the bbq a lot & actually cxld a dinner reservation as we just wanted to chill at home & enjoy our own view. There’s ample dish & cookware, and all of the home is well equipped. Walking distance to all uptown shops, Pink Jeep tours, etc., but the neighborhood is quiet! Thank you Dave for keeping the home very well maintained & for having us back!

The view from the main living area is a million dollar view. The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the shops, restaurants and activities. It was very nice not having yo look for parking. The house was clean with plenty of linens. The beds were very comfortable including the bunk bed. It was nice to have the shaded area on the deck. The area where the house is located is very quiet and we felt very safe. We had a wonderful stay at this home.

The property was perfect for a Sedona get away! Beautiful views of the mountains and walking distance to town. Lots of shopping and restaurants! The place was clean and comfortable. Making breakfast and drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains every morning would never get old! I would definitely rent again! 5 stars for sure!

The house was nicely laid out and nicely appointed. The view of the mountains from the living room was amazing. The location in uptown Sedona is convenient. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I recently returned from our 4th trip to Sedona and our 2nd time staying at Sedona Spice, and the best part of it all was feeling like we were "home again"! Walking into the house again evoked the same feeling of awe we felt last year....coolest entry foyer ever that leads into the wall-to-wall windowed open concept living area looking out on a spectacular Red Rock vista of the gorgeous Sedona mountains. Yup, we were back! First thing I did was plunk myself into the round, swivel "cuddle couch" in front of the window and just take it all in. The fully equipped kitchen faces the windows as well, so whether you're cooking a meal, baking a dessert, popping popcorn in the microwave or grilling steak on the grill on the deck, you will find everything you need while taking in the view. The host, Dave, has provided clear directions for operating everything from lights and ceiling fans, to heat or AC, fireplace (in cooler months), TVs, remote controls, front door lock, washer/dryer, dishwasher....the best help of any vacation home we've ever stayed in! The back deck has a new large canopy shading a sitting area that's perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail after returning from a busy day of hiking or sight seeing. The bed and linens are super comfy and inviting....making me linger longer in the morning than I really should have; but the sunrise, throwing beams through the cracked-open bedroom door, can beckon you back to the view awaiting in the living area better than any alarm clock. Our adult daughter joined us for a few days and we enjoyed watching her reaction when walking in....she was as awed as we had been! Having heard so much about our stay last year she said, "Wow, I get it now." She was totally comfortable in the 2nd bedroom, and having two bathrooms made getting ready for the day, or for going out to dinner super convenient. The location of the house is a short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants, though the close proximity to the bustle never caused noise or traffic distractions - it seemed as if we were isolated in our own quiet pocket. Perfect. We had previously stayed at 2 different Sedona hotels on past visits and neither could come close to comparing with the quality, location, convenience, and affordability of Sedona Spice! We will always choose to stay here when we visit Sedona - as long as Dave continues to share his very special home through Vrbo! Thank you, Dave!!

I didn’t want to leave a review, only because I didn’t want more people to find this wonderful home. It’s comfortable, clean and beautiful. Also super convenient in terms of walking distance to just about everything. This will be the only place I will stay at in Sedona.
