Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt safe as a solo female traveller and fully taken care of. I loved waking up each morning to the mountain view and getting to cuddle with all the animals. Town was just a short bicycle ride away, but it was also fun just hanging out at the property meeting other travellers. A big shout out to Tina who was just awesome and so funny. I 100% recommend staying here. It was nice a quiet but also super close to town and other attractions.

Amy & Gina among the rest of the team were amazing hosts.
This was probably the best hospitality we have had while traveling vietnam, Gina had a wicked sense of humor and other members of the team would all be willing to help and also good to have a laugh with.
There is also a lot of animals (chocolate, taco, toto and many others) along wit 4 pug/corgi new borns (2.5 weeks old at the time of this post.) And the staff genuinely love these animals they live a very good life.
The pool is absoloutely massive and we felt very spoiled having cocktails delivered to us beside the pool.
Seriously the staff give this place its x factor well done.
- for the budget bungalow room the bathroom was very tight and there is small gaps in the floor and walls, we thought we would get bugs from this but absoloutely did not. I wouldnt consider either of these an issue just a note.
- The food was not as good as the local restaurant's

The view is very nice. But that's about it.
The beds are very bad.
The toilet are poorly maintained.
Our room was around 10 mins of walk from the reception, which meant we had to walk a long way each time
