Our stay was fantastic. The house + amenities, weather, nearby attractions made this a wonderful spot for a group of friends to connect. There was ample space for everyone to have their own sense of privacy. The kitchen was well built with appliances for cooking at home each night. The heated pool was refreshing. The patio furniture was very comfortable. Can't say enough positive things!

It was everything as advertised & perfect for our 4 golfers as a base of operations. Scott the owner & the property mgr were available if we needed them, which we didn’t. Would highly recommend! All 3 of my traveling companions took the contact info for future bookings.

The best vacation rental in our experience. The house is spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated. Lots of fun things to do in the house. Lovely backyard with a heated pool and hot tub. There was a small issue with the garage opener, but the issue was addressed immediately. Strong recommendation from all of us.

This is a clean, well managed rental with 3BR and 2BA in main house an a 1BR/1BA detached casita. The house had everything we needed. Pool and hottub heat comes with it - and both were sufficiently warm to use in December when outside temps were only 66-75 degrees. Gorgeous landscaping. Safe neighborhood with large park a few blocks away.

The house, yard and pool are perfect! We’re four vintage ladies who travel somewhere, every year. This house met all our needs and expectations.
Well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, beautiful landscaping - plus there was a Keurig coffe make AND a Nespresso espresso maker - AND a milk frother!.
The owner. Checked in with us to make sure all was okay - it was a nice gesture that I rarely see.
It’s a “Smart” home in many respects and easy to figure out. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The house is close to Palm Desert and El Paseo and about a 30 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs.
Scott, you have a beautiful home and anyone who stays there will be very happy.

Over the years we have staying in many vacation rentals. This lovely home was flawless. The home is spotless clean, instructions are clear and thorough and exactly as photos depict. This is a smart house which is very convenient and the management communication is easy too. The home has been well thought out for how people live and the items that would be useful. What a lovely and relaxing time we had. The casita was perfect for a little extra privacy for our adult daughter who brought her boyfriend with her for the wedding we were attending. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our family. Everything you need is not only provided, but in great shape. The home, appliances, kitchenware, bedding, were all like living in your own home. This home is beautiful -- peaceful location, tasteful decoration, modern conveniences, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous pool and hot tub, and spotless throughout. My family and I have stayed in many VRBO properties all over the world and this was one of the best ones in terms of overall experience! Check-in and check-out are easy and instructions are super clear. Communication was excellent, and management was extremely prompt to answer when we had a question. The house is on a quiet, well-kept street and is a short distance to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. I especially liked the online house handbook that you can access via the QR code provided in the entryway. That made is super easy to access all sorts of information about the house and the surrounding area. The Alexa virtual assistant in the kitchen area is a nice touch as well and makes it easy to get all sorts of information about anything and everything. Scott the owner checked in a couple of times by email to make sure everything was going well and he was super welcoming. Shana the manager was very helpful and responsive when we had a question. I highly recommend this home if you're looking for a beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable home for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to Scott and to the manager Shana! This house was perfect. Amazing neighborhood located in a very queit cul-de-sac. The checkin process was very easy and the communication from the owner and manager was top notch. The property itself had everything you could want staying in the desert. Spacious and open inside with lots of room to a beautiful oasis outside. I highly recommended this property and would go back in a heart beat 💓.

Best experience we've had yet with a VRBO property. We were in town for a golf weekend. Booking and payment process was easy and clear. Property was very clean on check-in, everything was in good shape including pool and hot tub, and extra amenities and toiletries provided were appreciated. Instructions for everything (TVs, pool, hot tub, A/C) were clear and easy. The house is updated, beds are comfortable, pool and backyard area are very well maintained, kitchen is well-stocked. Looking forward to returning!

This home was perfect for our family. The pool was wonderful, and even in June, having the pool and jacuzzi heated was huge, we spent a good portion of our day just enjoying the backyard and swimming as a family. The house was clean, and my wife really enjoyed having the Peloton. We had to communicate with the property manager/owner once, and they were very quick to respond and meet our needs.

Girls trip celebrating 50 years of friendship. The home was very comfortable and full of everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, and all the Smart features around the home were easy to manage. Backyard pool and lounge area was private spacious and very relaxing. Great location near our favorite restaurants and spa locations. We would definitely book again in the future.

Scott’s place is even better than the pictures. The ckeck in process is the easiest we’ve experienced. No detail is overlooked, from paper products to coffee pods. The backyard is large and beautiful and the pool clean and warm. We would stay here anytime we are in the desert.

We stayed here for Easter Vacation. This place was awesome. The backyard provided a heated pool and jacuzzi along with a large grassy area for corn hole and other yard games. The grill was bigger than just your average one and worked great to cook multiple steaks and food on. The casita provided a quite place for our elderly parents to have privacy. I would 100% book this place again. Scott answered all questions promptly.

Best VRBO home I've ever stayed in. Pictures were accurate. Yard amazing, pool perfect for swimming anytime. Smart house was a bit intimidating for tech challenged older fab women but with patience and time it was all good. So many extras were provided like hair dryers , Alexa and TV's in every room...and more. Easy access to property manager and Scott if any issues. Delicious fruit and tangelos off trees in back yard. Kitchen extremely well organized with everything you could possibly want or need. Appliances, coffee makers,
(like three), utensils, pans, bowls etc. Love the location. A lot of effort is gone into by Scott to make our stay wonderful.

From start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had with a rental property. No detail was overlooked-it is obvious Scott and his property manager Shana truly care about giving people a relaxing and fun vacation. The house is beautiful, and was completely stocked with all of the little things you typically have to go out and buy when you stay at a rental property. Both Scott and Shana were extremely accessible if we had questions or needed anything. We felt totally cared for and were treated like friends by Scott and Shana. I cannot recommend this property enough-our entire family loved it!

This place is truly amazing. Very clean, comfy beds, well organized and everything you could possibly need was provided. We will definitely stay here again. Scott was very responsive and accommodating. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool and spa were really nice., even nicer than the pictures show. We are not very technical people but the smart house set up was very user friendly. Scott provided instructions for anything and everything you needed to know about the house and all the accessories which were very helpful. This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had and we absolutely loved this place. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. It is literally perfect.

We were blown away by the cleanliness of this property! Pool and spa were delightful and the amenities made us feel like we were at home! (My girls loves the milk frother tool!) So happy with the accommodations and loved it was located in a quiet court! Can’t wait to stay here again!
