Great service from Youropo. Very helpful people, we had a good experience with questions and with asking about extra services. Pedro was very responsive.
The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were looking on the the narrower street at the back of Rua dos Clerigos so little noise was audible and the view out over the city was great.
The location is good for seeing the city, close the Sao Bento station.
I would have liked a few more clothes hangers. That's the easiest thing to help make my stays anywhere a 10!
I'd also have liked a .line on the balcony to dry laundry - the apartment has a washing machine, which was one of our core criteria for booking, but there was nowhere specific to hang clothes.

The location was in the most ideal location and I am so glad I booked it. It is right next to the Clergios church/tower. The tram line runs directly out front. There are bars, restaurants, shopping easily within walking distance 40 min or less to get to all the major attractions. Very easy to get into the building with the code. The facilities were exceptional. The AC was cold and functional. The space was comfortable and spacious. The mini couch was comfortable and the kitchen was functional. Also with a washing machine was a very nice touch in the middle of our trip to do some loads. This was my favorite place we stayed at during our 2 week Portugal trip. We even had a package delivered to the reception there and it was delivered to our room which was such a nice little treat.
Nothing that comes to mind.

Great location, next door to the Clerigos Church. Easy to walk to all the main attractions and only 10m from a Manteigaria for the best pastel de natas. Lots off good food options nearby and safe area. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and we were offered a towel change halfway through our stay which was lovely.
I bit nosy at night from the street noise due to it being located in a busy area with some night life.

The carpet was filthy. The couch and chair had bad stains. It was obvious the area rug and furniture had been dirty and stained for a long time. The photos do not show the true level of dirt.
