Everything was great.
We really liked to stay in this place.
We came and over met us with fruits, tea and bread, after we went to the room, the room was big, comfortable and quite (what was just great, because we couldn’t sleep long time in hotels in Vietnam, because everywhere was so annoying), so, we slept to much and the next day were so happy for it. Next day the over also complimented us with breakfast, Bhan mi with eggs and vegetables, tea, coffee and fruits. All the time we were so welcome there.
House like in pictures, so beautiful. Owners are great. Probably recommend this place to stay. Next time in Hue will stay in this place again.

The homestay is a house of a wonderful family. This means they are kind, caring and attentive. They care about their guests and would like them to feel as comfortable as possible. The rooms are extra clean and nice, the neighbourhood is quiet though a bit further away from the centre. Bike and rental possibilities are good, there's celaning, breakfast and they can provide every answer for your questions.
The house is a bit far from the centre but with bike it is not a problem. Traffic is quite peaceful compared to bigger cities. The breakfast was fulfilling even though not quite my taste. However the hospitality of the family made up for everything.

This place will exceed your expectations, I promise. Best welcome ever: hot tea and cut-up mango and snacks literally as soon as I stepped over the threshold. Best wow-factor in terms of the building and decor: I normally go for more rustic, family-run homestays but the photos online intrigued me. It's like a fantasy castle, and I felt like a princess - not least because of the amazing care provded by Ngoc and Ky.
And best non-touristy neighbourhood in a large city. In the mornings, I stretched in the sunshine on the top level of the homestay and then would go for a walk around the streets before it got too hot. It is a little further out from the 'city centre', but Hue doesn't have a centre or Old Quarter in the way other cities do. The things you will go see (Citadel, mausoleums, etc) are spread out anyway. Loved how friendly people were and eager to engage. There's also a really interesting market close-by. (My 'city' photos are just in the neighbourhood, as you can find shots of Hue monuments etc elsewhere online).
The rooms are beautifully appointed and everything is spotless, with hotel-level tidying every day. There are kitchen facilities you could use if you wanted to - but the local food is so good, why would you! The views from the rooftop are stunning; you can see the bend of the river and across into the city. A beautiful Catholic church is two doors down; and I could hear singing from the nearby convent when out walking.
Ky was super helpful in his communications, also helping out with transport and with recommendations (I did the only group tour of my month in Vietnam in Hue because of the historic sites being so numerous and spread out; plus I knew I'd learn a lot more history if I went with a guide). Ngoc made the best breakfasts and had excellent recommendations for local street food and ideas for activities; I really enjoyed our interesting conversations through Google Translate.
I loved everything about my stay; would love to return one day. Big thank you for making it so memorable.

The property is very clean and maintain each floor has its own theme I was on the 80s very retro reminded me when I was a child.
Everything was good.
