Superb

The room was large with really comfortable and the shower great. Located at the end of the quay was really quiet for sleeping but with a great view of the harbour. Breakfast was plentiful and taken at the harbourside and we had dinner at their restaurant too which for us was a perfect setting .. 👌

Disappointing

Water front location is great and the roof top terrace has a nice view. Parking possible. Ibrahims restaurant was good and he also organized boat tours to go to kekova.

Sadly for the price some things were really not done very well. The premises were very messy with stuff lying around everywhere. There was no toilet paper. The window fell out of the wall in the bathroom.

Excelkent, peaceful, friendly

We liked almost everything, especially the great host and family members of this pension made our holiday much more valuable. The room was clean, the view is exceptional, the owners took very much care of us and provided whatever we needed. Thanks to Ibrahim, Emine, Buse, Melike, Apo and Tolga and do not forget the cook of the restaurant which belongs to this pension.

I have nothing to say, it is worth the money.

Good location. Good breakfast. Ibrahim, the owner, had reserved our boat tour. He has a good restaurant as well, with good food and just price. I loved everything.

beautiful location, we love it here!

lovely position with panoramic views. good shower. great breakfast on the roof terrace, well worth the climb up the stairs. We went on the Baba Veli 5 boat trip which was fabulous and great value - a must do!!!

we stayed in a bungalow which was difficult to get to with my arthritic knee so the main pension would have been better. The room was also small with access on only one side of the bed.

Traditional Turkish village on the sea shore with a fantastic harbour of local fishing & day trip boats,restaurants & cafes lining the harbour,old village streets to take you back in time..Amazing

Great place on the waters edge

The views are amazing. The family who run the place are lovely. The breakfast on the roof terrace was really good. Ibrahim runs a resturant along the harbour front which has great food and is very good value. He arranged a day boat trip for us at a good price. The village is small and lovely to wander around and there are great walks directly from the accommodation.

Cozy home-style guesthouse

This cozy home-style guesthouse is located on the very shore in the fishing village of Ucagiz. It is located on the edge of the village, so the hustle and bustle of tourist and social life remains on the sidelines. At the same time, it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the center of the village. I lived in a bungalow, which has everything for a normal stay. Breakfasts are served on the roof of the main house, which offers stunning views of the bay with a flotilla of pleasure yachts and boats. The owner of the guesthouse, Ibrahim, also runs a restaurant in the center of the village, where you can have a tasty and hearty dinner. Ibrahim will also help with organizing a cruise to the island of Kekova and the Simena fortress. I was very pleased with the time spent in this guesthouse and would recommend the guesthouse for a visit to Ucagiz.

Modest family place

Place was nice and cozy, although very modest and basic. Room was clean and bright, and, again, nothing in excess of basic stuff. Breakfast is also very simple, but sufficient. What is great is that you can use boat service - they would take you to remote quite beaches where you can rest. Family who owns the place also owns a restaurant few minutes away - fish there is amazing!

Having in mind it’s very simple, I consider it overpriced.

Time to relax and quiet

The location. - The stuff is very helpful. - The free boat service to the other side island.

The AC for the four beds room wasn't effective. - A little bad smell in bathroom.

A Paradise, in danger?

Baba Veli pension staff is very friendly and attentive. The landscape is awesome.

Too many tourist boats around. Difficult to find a calm place to swim.

Nothing, except mosquitos. We didn't notice mosquito nets on the windows and left balcony doors open for a while, so we let in a few mosquitos in the room. Fortunately we found a fumigator in one of the drawers.

A very happy stay.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The bungalows were very clean, simple and tasteful. The staff very friendly and caring. The whole village is very authentic and picturesque. Rather few tourists in october.

Beautifully locaed pansiyon on the shore in Kaleucagiz, with friendly owners who helped us to move around by boat (thank you Ibrahim!), and a comfortable room.
