Great location on the quay, though that meant it was quite loud outside on the weekends, but I was warned about that and it wasn't a problem for me.
Free laundry facilities were very good, though maybe some sort of booking system could be in place to make sure a slot is free when you need it.
The hosts were very responsive and quick to act on requests and answer questions, but the set up of them being off-site meant that they weren't able to provide the service they are capable of.
Very modern set up, with a comfortable bed and good kitchenette amenities.
The use of phones as a key was very frustrating. I do not have a very new phone, so the battery does not have such a long life, and so it added a layer of stress to the whole trip, as I had to factor where I'll find my next charging point into my plans. When it did run out and I was locked out of my room, I had to trouble shoot remotely with somebody because there was nobody on site to help, so that was very frustrating.
Some minor cleanliness issues when I arrived, like loose hair and a stain on the toilet seat. Easy to clean up myself, but nice to not have to.

Location is excellent, the accommodation is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful, Mary, Mitch and Shannen were always there for us.

It was well furnished, with all amenities - basic utensils with induction and water boiler, so you can make your own coffee and probably eggs, etc. There was cutlery, tissue rolls, laundry powder with laundry on floor, toiletries, equipped cupboard with iron and iron board, hangers, and a locker, not to forget the hair dryer. The view from our room was amazing!!
Our app key wasn't working - but the host/team were very helpful and prompt in helping us with a temp physical access key on spot, and later helped us with the app key, all within under 30 mins of us reporting the issue!
Since the facility doesn't provide housekeeping for guests staying 7 or lesser days, probably they can add a mop or vacuum stand, as a common utility like laundry. -so guests with shorter stays can clean their suites by themselves in the worst case scenario. Being honest, its difficult to maintain the floor clean for 7 days when every day you are visiting around!

The highlight of my stay was, without a doubt, the staff, especially the ladies on the team. They were incredibly committed to making us feel comfortable in the most caring, thoughtful, and efficient way possible. I have been travelling for more than 10 years, and I have rarely come across people who are so enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their work. I was truly impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with every detail. Their service made a real difference and absolutely deserves recognition.
Honestly, there was nothing significant that negatively affected my stay. Any small issue was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care by the staff.
