Relaxing

Location was excellent and the facilities were as describe suited my circumstances down to the ground especially having washing facilities at my disposal. Host was responsive and instructions were clear could not have had a better experience. Excellent value would stay again no worries. Thankyou Ryan, Loc, Kim and Divina for an excellent stay.

A happy stay

An apt room with all required amenities and clean and tidy. The hospitality from first day to last day was upto the mark and we enjoyed the stay in the apartments. Very humble team as well. Thank u for such kind hospitality.

Great location, clean and comfortable stay at affordable prices

It had everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean facilities, fresh towels upon arrival, clean spacious fridge, a lot of closet space, iron and board… all good and ready to use. We didn’t cook, but there is everything available for cooking or having meals as well. And the location of both, Boat Quay and Clark Quay apartments, is amazing. This is a great location, at an affordable price. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic

Everything, from the moment we arrived was so easy. We were met with our hosts that assisted us in getting familiar with the smart phone keyless system. Whenever we had a query we just rang them and always got an almost instant response to our enquiry. The MRT was close by and many buses passed by us on South Bridge Road. I must say, we used taxis mostly as they were so cheap and reliable. As for the location, our room, number 201, we don't think there is a better location overlooking the Singapore River and a multitude of restaurants and bars. What's more we walked out of our room and turned right and down a flight of stairs and we were amongst it. Food generally was quite cheap- except for Chilli Crab! The room was quite small at 15sq metres, however the rooms design was so functional that you never felt cramped, almost like a good galley kitchen . The equipment was first class with a wardrobe with no less than 20 coat hangers, a bed that was very comfortable and high enough to store your cases underneath. Highly recommend this hotel

Very nice

One hotel room provided more than enough for a comfortable stay for a long period of time. All facilities were working and the friendly staff was always available to help/answer questions.

There was nothing in particular that was really negative. There was a small issue in the first 2 days where the water heating system didn't work, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it.

A comfortable affordable very pleasant place to stay with close and easy access to many of Singapore’s places of interes

The Aparthotel was next to the river which was lovely. It was close to the MRT and plenty of eating places. Our room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. Mary and Naw were amazing! Mary in particular was so helpful, and really made our arrival easy and our stay relaxing. We really enjoyed staying here and would like to stay again if we come back.

I love Singapore and staying at Heritage Collection made my trip so much more enjoyable.

I loved the location and the area for access to transportation and close to the centre of the city with restaurants and vibrant atmosphere of the area by the river. The staff were always contactable using the whatsapp messaging app and helped with satisfaction on the occasion I required information. Staff members Mary & Naw always helpful and responded timely to my enquiries and also passing on information relevant to my stay, thank you . I always felt safe and comfortable here and I was able to relax.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay longer but will definitely stay longer next time.

Rooms at the back are pretty quiet. Rooms at the front (overlooking Boat Quay) will not be so.

The owner anticipated I would have difficulty using phone-app check-in process, so had kindly left a physical key card in a physical lock box.

Phone app BIG TIP ** when using the app do not have screen text set to too large, otherwise necessary buttons are hidden from view on you phone screen - making it impossible to check in.

Great cheaper option in perfect location with it's own bathroom and free laundry.

Check-in process was super easy using the mobile app and made even easier with the instruction videos we received beforehand. The view from both the room and the rooftop bar are amazing, looking over the water and towards Marina Bay Sands. The location was perfect for us, close to China Town for delicious food and sightseeing for example. Although there is no reception desk or anything, communication with the team helping us out (Kenneth, Irean, Jun Wee & Naw) was great. They were super responsive and answered any questions we had within a minute which made this whole experience much more relaxing.

We were on level 2 of the building which is basically the level above the restaurants on the waterfront strip. So expect some noise coming from those restaurants and bars. We knew this beforehand, but didn't expect that even during weekdays the noise continues into the night most evenings.

Fantastic Staff, Great Views

First of all, I'd like to thank Iran, Ken and Wenny. All such hard working and amazing hoteliers! They always went for an extra mile, when I needed a taxi, when my cc didn't work, when I had even little questions, treated me always with a smile and kindness.. They need a salary raise:P The hotel amenities were all good, literally everything you need was there. Also my room was over looking the river, so the views were fantastic, especially when I had to stay and work on my laptop, I enjoyed the views a lot. It's in a very convenient location, the tube (MRT) is 2 mins walk away so is a shopping mall. Across the road, there's a noodle shop open in the late night. Also very close to a very famous Bak But Teh restaurant.

The hotel is located in a busy bars area. I just didn't know that, so it was a little loud.

Superb

The staff were not at the property all the time, but were easily reachable through messages. The staff who took care of me during my stay, Irean, Kenneth, and Wenny, were very accommodating and responsive over text, Irean was so helpful as well when I got lost and had difficulties during checking-in.

Nobody to help deal with unruly/extremely noisy guests late in the evening when staff were no longer around.

long nice stay of 17days

the entrance, easy accessible , cleanliness, working lift n 'secret stairs' lol, nice ambience, nice room, quiet, washing machine inclusive...

would be nice to have at least coffee/tea/sugar n water bottled supplied throughout the stay as I keep forgetting to get them and end up sometimes feeling thirsty eventhough i know that Sg tap water is drinkable. Or when in the middle of the nite, when i woke up and feels like hvg coffee eventhough its not my habit to drink coffee at nite but with the great ambience/my room overlooking the Sg River.. Overall the room is really nice except that the glass window definitely needs to be cleaned ! Most of my photos taken from inside has some dust/dirty stains from the windows. The windows handles are mostly kaputt ! Not easy to open ! The shower room has stains /dry water marks which should be thoroughly cleaned too. Voilà !

The facility from check in to check out was complicated. They also taken two x $300.00 deposit for incidentals and only when questioned they advised it was a mistake.

Exceptional

The host, Jarwin, was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to contact him ahead to request for an early check-in, which was granted. He constantly checked up on me throughout my stay and made sure to be available in case I needed anything as well. The property is good and is at a great location, but kudos to the staff for the service!

Worth every penny

Superb

Everything (apart from a lift malfunction) went well, the view from the room was great.

The lift stopped functioning over the last 3 days and I had to take the stairs to move my luggage - though the hosts offered to help

Comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was superb. We were able to really enjoy the centrality of the location daily by walking along Singapore river or grabbing a bite downstairs or picking up groceries at the 7-Eleven. It was so convenient that I was able to run along the waters all the way to marina bay sands and back within an hour or so. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy a prime location at a clear place.

There were sounds at night coming from what sounds like karaoke till midnight. There could also be better ventilation in the room.

Superb

This was a third time I’ve stayed at Heritage Apartments and I like it a lot. Great location, clean place and nice staff.

Club downstairs holds really loud parties all night long on Fridays and Saturdays.
