It was central to everything, walking distance to the Convention Center, literally right behind Raffles, right beside a bus stop and near several MRTs. So many quaint restos and cafes, and affordable local hawkeries too along the street. So convenient there was a 7-11 around the corner. The facade was incredibly beautiful and the rooms were so comfy and spacious. The staff were even more helpful and gracious-- Divina especially, Rome and Belle.

Everything was done through an app. Although there was no front desk, their staff Rome and Divina were easily reachable on whatsapp. Divina also showed us to our rooms during check-in. The loft-style room was comfortable and I was happy there was a bidet in the toilet. The mini kitchen was also appreciated; I could easily reheat food for breakfast or midnight snacks. We were told there was free laundry machines available but I didn’t get to use it.
Location was fantastic. Behind the historic Raffles Hotel and between Bugis and City Hall MRT. Lots of food places and cafes nearby.
No room slippers available. No room cleaning for less than 7 nights stay. There was construction going on outside that made the room noisy although they did provide earplugs.

The area was nice easy to get around and the rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price
The only thing I could say I didn't like was the water heater but it was so negligible it's didn't impact my stay

Amazing location close to everything Singapore has to offer. It’s on a beautiful street with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Loved the room with the bedroom located upstairs.
I found the key app a little bit difficult to use at times.
