The studio was fantastic. Very well designed and not cramped like many other places. The storage was excellent. Everything was very clean. The fittings and furnishings were good quality. The bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped with an induction cooker and everything that you could need for a short stay.
Like everything else in the apartment the kitchen was immaciulately clean. If you are a germ-phobe, you will be happy here. Lots of thoughtful details like little sachets of olive oil and vinegar - perfect for a light short stay traveller.
The checkin process could be better. I booked late, so I haven't marked the place down for that.
The directions to the property could easily be made a lot clearer. The property is in a courtyard which has to be reached through a (key coded) gate off the main street. Many other places provide a video or, at least, more clear instructions. It's not an impossible problem, but when you are tired at the end of a long journey, clear instructions reduce the stress.
Also, the directions from the airport ("get a taxi") are not very helpful. There is a metro from the airport that takes you to very near the property. It would be helpful if they said that. It would also get them more guests!
But once you are there, the quality of the accomodation is excellent.

Nice modern interior coupled with traditional stone walls. Comfortable beds with enough sheets. Clean environment. Enough space to store all our things. Easy and secure access. Nice location. We had a good night's sleep.
Missing a water kettle. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear the neighbours talk until around midnight. The TV can't be angled down even though it's pretty high on the wall. We didn't find any shampoo.

Was near to a metro station and it looks recently renovated, smells good, air conditioner with hot air and nice hot water. Soundproof window and all the access was electronic controlled.
I received the instructions to get in 10min prior the check in time, so don’t get surprise. The apartment looks clean, but actually all the drawers in the kitchen were dirty, so at the end we didn’t trust so much in the cleanness of the space, including bed. Porto is well known for the wine but there was not bottle opener. The mattress is hard, you can feel the springs, because is old style and couldn’t rest properly, This is the main reason to stay in a property... can recommend use white sheets (so you can see if there’s someone else hair or they are really clean) , better cutlery and invest in a bigger tv installed on a person view, not in the ceiling.
