About this apartment rental
Completely renovated Condo facing south peak ski slopes on Pemi River. Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus highway this Condo style resort hotel has lots of amenities including both an Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, arcade room, and laundry facilities. You are walking distance to many restaurants or you can cook in our full kitchen or barbecue at the grills located by the outdoor pool. Lots of hiking trails, biking trails and other outdoor adventures awaiting . In the summer you can kayak or tube the pemi or find your own swimming hole. For the kids there are waterslides, Clarks trading post, storyland, miniature golf and much more. Please note we do not have AC. We have ceiling fans and Mt. air.

Every year I bring my eldest Son snowboarding, the past couple years have been to Loon. This condo has great views of South Peak, walking distance to 3 restaurants and plenty of sights to see in the area. I always enjoy a walk on the trail, that follows the river, near south peak parking. I also camp in this area in the summer, Pemi River Campground ⛺️

This was a great spot for our fam of 3 for a ski wknd. Loved that it was away from the main road with lovely nature views out the large back slider- the sounds of the P River and view of the mountain were a highlight. Faces south so nice bright sun on the balcony allowed bfast out there even in Feb! The proximity to Loon Mtn was great- what a fantastic ski resort. The unit was very clean and well kept although the condo complex could use some updating. The lighting in the unit could use some improvement (ie: light over the kitchen sink and in foyer were a bit harsh). Bed super comfy, pull out couch perfect for our 8 year old.
About 1 mile past Loon Mtn is a wonderful trailhead and ranger station- Lincoln Trail. Runs along both sides of the river. It was a beautiful frosty forest hike. Also, Moon Cafe for treats & One Love for dinner were both great.

It was a great one bedroom condo overlooking the trails of Loon mountain. Very clean and quiet.

The condo was clean & we liked the layout. Location was very good. The condo had a slight odor of stale cigarettes but, overall a fine stay. Not recommended if you prefer a firm mattress.

Great weekend although very cold one! Gathering with our children and grandchildren at the mountain. Condo was very relaxing. I may see about going back in the summer months.

The condo and larger facility were both great. The condo was comfortable and quite well equipped. The ski locker room wasn't super-convenient (although the locker itself appears to be in private use by the owners). The sauna, pool and hot tub were great. The shuttle service is a real bonus, although guests should be advised to wait for the return trip at the first stop - the Governor Adams Lodge, not the Octagon Lodge. We would absolutely book again.

We had a great time, the kitchen offered us everything we needed to prepare meals and store food. We were close to Loon so we could enjoy our skiing and then relax shortly thereafter. We used the arcade as well as the pool and had fun while doing it.
Some limitations include:
the TV was a little confusing to navigate and our last night there the hot tub wasn't working.
All in all the pros outweighed the cons by a large margin. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend the location to couples and small families.

Lovely condo with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Great place for a couple. Could be cozy for more than 2 but manageable. BUT the BEST part is the gorgeous view of the river and mountain from the living area!!! Nice location to the slopes (with a shuttle, if needed) and easy walking to everything downtown Lincoln. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, Easy check in. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at 5 different units at Lincoln Lodge. This one was the best.

Easy access, convenient to Franconia Ridge hiking and everything in Lincoln. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Peaceful views out over the woods and river. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. A little stuffy on a hot/humid weekend, but ceiling and floor fans helped cool it down.

My partner and I came to stay for two nights to hike locally. Check in was super easy, lots of parking and the unit is easily accessible. Everything was freshly cleaned when we arrived. The condo was well stocked and the view from the deck had amazing views of the mountain and the river. The unit itself was homey and spacious. The location was extremely convenient being walking distance to several restaurants. Communication was great from the time we booked through the time we checked out. We are looking forward to coming back for another trip! 10/10 absolutely recommend

This condo looks out on the beautiful mountains and you can hear the river below. It would have been helpful to know pool hours as nothing was posted. The unit isn’t air conditioned but the fans made it feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

No air-conditioning. Ceiling fans ineffective for humidity. Musty odor throughout condo. Given one washcloth a piece for three days, really! Outdoor pool closed for maintenance. Indoor pool cloudy couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Whatever substance was used to clean kitchen floor made it extremely slippery. Wet dishes were left in the dishwasher - for how long-who knows.

Perfect location near everything in Lincoln area; indoor/outdoor pool and river outback. The kids had a blast! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the bed - it was only a full size and extremely soft and droopy in the middle. Tough for anyone with a bad back or in my case, being 8 months pregnant. Other than that, it was a great stay! Would book again in the future.

This was a perfect weekend getaway! The sound of the river was so relaxing. It had everything we could possibly want at our fingertips. The condo was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

The place was nice, the property was nice, the view was great the Hosts where great with recommendations and with communication hand book and the location so close to everything was great too!

It's a condo in a condo hotel in Lincoln.
The unit is great overall, with a beautiful view of the river.
It is clean, and well maintained and stocked. The amenities in the hotel are nice as well (even if slightly outdated) - our young (3yo) kids especially enjoyed the pool.
Be advised that ovrall the space is quite small - when the sofa bed is open there's effectively no space in the room - and there's no dinging table. Therefore, I would not recommend this unit to a family with older kids.
Otherwise it was great.

UNIT WAS UPDATED/CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. LOCATION WAS PERFECT/SHUTTLE TO THE MOUNTAIN/WALK TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS....COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE.....HOSTS WERE TERRIFIC :)

Pat and John's condo was very welcoming and cozy. The view of the Loon ski slopes was terrific! The condo is super convenient to the slopes and area activities. Pat was quick to respond to questions and was very pleasant and helpful!
We would definitely stay here again and maybe try a Summer weekend as well!
