Clean hotel and room, and very well located. Rosa is a sweet old lady that carries almost everything at the hotel. Go for the cheap value and clean room.
Everything is very simple and the building is very old, so, do not expect luxury for the price. Oh, and be aware of the absence of an elevator if you are coming with heavy luggage, especially going to the 3rd floor like me.
A lot of hotel stuff over the floors, better put them inside one of the rooms for better visuals in the hotel :)

Estivemos alojados num quarto triplo, para festejar o S.João no Porto e o Aniverssário da minha Mãe.
A localização é excelente, fica pertissimo das Fontainhas e de todos os pontos festivos na realidade. Apesar de tão perto das festividades, não se ouvia nada nos quartos e ainda era possivél ver um pouco do fogo de artificio no quarto.
O que mais adoramos na nossa estadia foi conhecer a amável, sorridente, profissional... Dona Rosa, que é a recepcionista e cuidadora do espaço.
Inicialmente não avisei sobre o aniverssário da minha Mãe, mas ela tratou de fazer um miminho como surpresa. Maravilhosa.
Voltaremos de certeza e recomendamos.

I must say the cleaning staff who were the only person to greet us. The place was spotlessly clean.

Hairdryer: no kettle cuts s etc. . Old fashioned shower bathroom. Could t move tiny space. But was very clean Rosa did a great job and that is the reason i would stay again . Location was perfect.

Good location clean sheets comfortable beds
Never anyone at reception atall one cleaning lady appeared from time to time.room 203 toilet had the worst sewage/gas smell i have ever experienced can't speak for other rooms but avoid this room at any cost.
