The hotel needs to be evaluated based on its value for money, in which it truly excels. Getting a room with a genuine sea view (not a tiny glimpse from a kilometer away) and, with the terrace open (which features a sliding screen), the nighttime sound of crashing waves for under 1,000 euros is incredible, especially considering this was a half-board stay for 2 weeks for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) during peak season (August). The half-board was generous, served buffet-style, and we always had plenty of options to choose from. The sea view from the "dining room" was once again absolutely beautiful. The lounging spots on the beach are great; they are located under a fabric canopy, which provides much more shade. Additionally, the hotel has its own toilet and shower right on the beach. As for the overall price-to-quality ratio, it really is excellent.
On the downside, the hotel does need a higher level of maintenance. The water pressure in our shower was weak, and several times (especially in the evening), it was difficult to maintain lukewarm water. A few times, we resolved this by using the communal showers located downstairs by the stairs. The Wi-Fi is also quite weak and unstable, mainly in the evening when multiple guests are connected. You can barely send photos, so don't expect to watch YouTube videos or do anything that requires a stable connection (like work). Also, our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay (they likely only clean upon departure or perhaps if you specifically ask), but this didn't bother us at all. There is a broom and other cleaning supplies in the hallway, so we simply swept up any sand ourselves. The air conditioning smelled a bit when in use, probably because it hasn't been cleaned in a long time (but thankfully, it cooled 🙏).
However, you definitely shouldn't let these things discourage you. The price-to-quality ratio is still excellent. I booked this at the beginning of the year when offers were still available. If they actually fixed these shortcomings, it would certainly be significantly more expensive. The potential of this place is huge.

Это место волшебное! Здесь царит спокойная и добрая атмосфера. Как-будто ты приехал домой. И всё это мы почувствовали благодаря хозяину Mavi и его семье. Они искренне создают пространство любви и гармонии! Очень вкусная национальная кухня, большие порции, настоящий хороший правильный чай, изобилие фруктов.
Хозяин настолько внимателен к деталям, что даже угадывает музыкальные предпочтения во время ужина и обеда.
Отдельно отмечу номера отеля, они все с видом на море.
Я провела много часов на балконе, любуясь рассветом и магической лунной дорогой на поверхности моря. Меня одолевали разнообразные мысли о смысле жизни и о сложных временах, которые многие люди сейчас наблюдают и переживают, но именно в Mavi, что-то открылось такое, ради чего мы живём дальше, а значит снова мечтаем и вдохновляемся!

Стандартные трёхместные номера, судя по всему. У нас было 2 трёхместных и 1 двухместный - так вот,они были все с 3 кроватями.
В основном на пляже отеля и рядом других очень средних пансионов и кемпингов только 10% иностранцев, остальные - все местные.
Руководит отелем глава семейства, старый мужчина. На наш взгляд, если бы руководство отдали молодым, например, Эрену, то и организация процессов была бы выше.
Разумеется, мы бронировали, ориентируясь на отзывы. И некоторые восторженные, которые я сейчас читаю, вызывают у меня вопросы: например, про высокоскоростной интернет - да он вообще никакой. Про еду - видимо, кто-то попадал в те дни, когда была еда, ибо за 10 дней это были какие-то "качели"- то густо, то прямо вообще невозможно есть. Да, есть момент - много жареного, жирного, тоже стоило бы пересмотреть политику.
Усилить зону сада, иначе в самый неподходящий момент обвалится вместе с людьми. Подпорки сделаны некачественно, да и сама зона спуска к морю именно у этого отеля не поливается, засохшие растения,в отличие от других территорий - это особенно видно когда вы плаваете и смотрите на отель.
С наилучшими пожеланиями, чтобы отель стал лучше.
