Very clean; comfortable suite.
It was a very hot day and whilst the fan helped, on the 3rd floor it was still quite hot.

Bunks would be better with simple plywood panels at ends of beds floor to ceiling. If attached to the bunks it could add privacy and stability.
Use simple OSB flooring panels, they cost about €20.

It was close to Trindade Station
It had no atmosphere and was very quiet. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to use.
