Really nice customer service.
You cannot beat the location.
Plenty parking and valet.
Super clean. Cleaning ladies are friendly as well.
Front desk girl needs more training. Didn’t give any direction after gave my room key. It’s my first time here in the hotel and they just assumed I know where I should go. When I ask how to get to my room, I do not appreciate her tone.
But all other service people are helpful and friendly.

标准型五星酒店，标准化的管理。
酒店刚入住的房间很不干净，到处都是灰，卫生间地上有头发。打电话到前台经理立即给换房了，这点很不错。
另外入住的第一个房间小吧台的价格表不写，让我误以为是免费的。虽然酒店未扣费，但的确不应该犯这种错误。

The service is not as per their rating of 5 star. Not much variety for breakfast. They asked me to directly talk to the taxi driver where I want to go. No room service available after 10.30 pm even though the menu printed 24 hours. Worst case is they try to force open my room door at 9 am while I was still sleeping although my check out time is at 12 pm.
