The welcome was good, but nothing special, though better at the start. The room lacked lighting. The table lamp really needs a proper lamp; it had a bit of a flea market feel. The bedside lamp was a little old-fashioned, and the one on the left needed checking; the mounting was wobbly. A safety glass screen in the shower would be welcome to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom. Non-slip pads in the shower would also be appreciated. Breakfast could have used a bit more cold cuts and cheese. Eggs would have been a nice addition. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The price was a bit high compared to the Accor hotels near Part-Dieu train station. A few euros more and the rooms would have been much nicer than the one I had, of course. I recommend this hotel even though I didn't get a proper double room with a real window, but rather a skylight.

The room was clean and spacious for one person. Being at the 6th floor I could not hear any noise from the street
The hotel is somehow basic: no amenities, fairly aged. For the price it could be better

The room was very good alhough one of the electrical sockets where the desk was didn't work. I reported that to reception and they helpfully gave some extension cords. I think the fuse box needs to be checked.
Nothing to report - I loved the stay.

Clean, nice staff, good location
The code to enter after hours I was given was incorrect and I was locked out for about 20-30 minutes quite late at night as a woman travelling alone it felt sketchy - I was eventually let in by a member of staff who was very nice about it, but she mentioned this is a frequent issue with the code changing. Additionally the property is not accessible to people with mobility issues - the elevator has a large heavy door which must be manually opened to enter/exit.
