Staff were the highlight - really nice! The location is perfect, not noisy at night but close to walk to everything. The bed was comfy.
The room is pretty dated - there were holes in the wall near the air conditioner (we were worried about mould as well), brown water stains on the floor in the shower & we had a couple of cockroaches run through our room as well at different times throughout our stay. Not worth the money we paid but we stayed during Carnaval so likely way more expensive than usual (I’d hope).
