Disastroso

Struttura nuova

Non rassettano le stanze , non puliscono i bagni , non cambiano gli asciugamani se non dopo 5 giorni di soggiorno .Il divano letto era una piccola brandiba che durante la notte si è chiusa facendo cadere mia nipote pesantemente al suolo .Personale scortese

Relax a Trinidade

L'attico che ci ha ospitato per 5 giorni era ampio, accogliente e silenzioso. Letto comodissimo e pulizia impeccabile. Pur essendo un po' distante dal Douro e con un percorso tutto in salita, la zona ci è piaciuta molto: adiacente alla stazione della metro (Trinidade) che porta anche all'aeroporto, in una piazza tranquilla e vicino a tanti locali per tutti i gusti. L'accesso con codice è comodo e lo staff sempre gentile anche se non presente fisicamente.

L'unico appunto sul bagno: doccia splendida ma senza mensole o altri piani di appoggio. E poi, peccato che non ci sia il bidet, che per noi fa parte dell'igiene quotidiana.

It is an amazingly located apartment with a great view, but rather more suitable for two people.

The location was great, if someone is ready to go down to the centre for like five minutes and to return home the same amount of time, but up the hill. The balcony was an amazing feature too, but it has been raining for the majority of our stay. It would be great if there was some kind of cover on the balcony to at least let the people go out and not get soaking wet. The apartment is very beautiful too.

The noise from other people who stayed in the same building kept my family members awake during the night or in the mornings. It cannot be that difficult to leave a couple of coffee capsules for the people who are staying, although it also was not difficult to buy them. The big bed was great, but the sofa bed was not.

Estupenda!!

Nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, muy lindo y la ubicación perfecta, manera sencilla de haver check in y check out

Falta dentro de las habitaciones utensilios de limpieza, para poder usarnos en caso de necesitarlos.

Muy buena ubicación y tranquilidad, pero un poco incómodo.

La ubicación (no nos hizo falta coger el transporte público para nada), el check in, lo nuevo que estaba el apartamento y todo el edificio y la tranquilidad de la zona.

Para 2 parejas es incómodo, el salón es a la vez cocina y habitación ya que se duerme en un sofá cama que no es nada cómodo. Por lo que sí los del salón no se despiertan o se van a dormir pronto no puedes usar la cocina.

Loved Porto. We were so lucky to stay in this neighbourhood.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment on a quiet square with super Metro links around the corner and friendly neighbourhood cafés for breakfast. Fabulous location to base yourself for exploring Porto. Lovely sunny little balcony to sit and relax overlooking the square. Great communication from the hosts.

I have no complaints, the service was excellent.

4 dias incríveis na zona histórica do Porto!

Da localização, da limpeza e conforto do espaço. O apartamento dispõe de tudo o necessário para passar alguns dias numa zona de fácil acesso aos principais locais de interesse na zona histórica Porto.

Sugestão apenas para a possibilidade de colocar à disposição dos hospedes, vassoura e pá. Embora o apartamento estivesse impecavelmente limpo à chegada, o facto de fazermos algumas refeições no interior e de viajarmos com crianças revelou essa necessidade.

Loved Porto, host was very accommodating, apartment very clean.

Close to metro, quieter part, great restaurants, roof top bar close, breakie places too.

The sofa bed was way too hard, but upon request for a topper, that made a difference, but only recommended for a shorter person.

Acogedor y centrico

La ubicación está genial ,muy céntrico y cerca de cafetería y restaurantes.

Todo bien, por sugerencia pondría dos tipos de almohadas ya que la.que están son comodadas pero por ejemplo para mi eran muy grandes y gruesa y otro cambio de tohallas por si surge algún contratiempo, de resto todo perfecto.

Superb

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great location, you can easily access the main attractions. Even though we didn't meet the host, communication was great.

It's not such a problem, but we could use some more hooks for the towels, considering we were four people. Also, the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was ok for 3 nights.

Apart from this inconvenience we have a nice time in Porto.

First night we were locked into the apartment. My friend stayed only one night, we wanted to depart to the airport in the morning at 6 am and the door was not possible to open from inside because of an electronic lock did not work anymore. We were locked at least for an hour. There was no possibly to open the door with key inside! We called the owner in the very morning, no-one answered, called emergency, police, booking.com as well. No-one helped. At last shout out from the window for help, and a guest came out from downstairs. We throw the key to her and she opened the door from outside. It was the luck, and we could release ourselves and my friend could get the train to the airport. It was a very bad stocking experience. The owner called me back around 11am even we called him at least 20 times in the morning.Changed the lock in the afternoon. So when we got back in the evening we could not open the door from outside. We had to call him again, when he let us know about the change and the key. Happily recognised he changed the lock for a normal one, I mean we could have open the door with key from inside as well.

Quiet place, close to metro.

Nice large apt, close to metro station, and quiet building. Staff was helpful when I stopped at the office to pick up the codes.

I moved the table closer to middle of the room to work, but the table top was wobbly, making a bit challenging. Tried to contact staff through WhatsApp, but no response. Wasn't a huge deal. toilet seat was also very loose so I was careful when sitting down. Also, picture does not match my apt. My mistake for not seeing there was not an elevator-it's 61 steps to the top with your bags and daily treks. Could have used more helpful info in description-what train or bus station was closest, also more detailed instructions on how to arrive at building. I missed a step and ended up walking much longer with my bags.

Nice, comfortable close to Bolhão Market

Very close to Bolhao. Located in a place easy to park the car to get the luggage up (but then you have to go park somewhere else, like the Silo Alto Parking, €35 for 48 hours). Our apartment was nice, very high ceiling. I wish they have left a bottle of water and 2 or 4 coffee capsules. That would be nice.

the property was clean.

the property has NOT 65m2, it‘s only about 35m2-40m2! which was very disappointing. there was no air conditioning just a ventilator and therefore it was quite hot in the apartment.

the communication with the apartment company was excellent. very simple and staight forward. the location is great and y

excellent location, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean

the terrace isnt really one to spend time on as its just a functional area where the airco is and not clean or looked after as a terrace. The shower had little water so maybe needs descaling. and a couple of bed side tables would make it more comfortable.

- excellent location - sunny and clean apartment - comfortable bed - good communication with staff who wanted to take care of bugs and repairs

- uncomfortable sofa - leaking shower base - loose taps, not properly fastened items. - unable to close bathroom door due to damaged frame - if you get noisy neighbors you will hear every word

it’s was great to stay here for 1-2 days to enjoy Porto.

The interior design was great. And the locations is fantastic, very easy to go everywhere in Porto by foot. it’s also very close to the Trindade station, which easy to airport and other main train station.

we can not close the door or of bathroom properly.

Good choice

Easy to find, to access, the position is great, the beds were confortable and the apt is clean a well renovated. We checked in and checked out without meeting the host, everything was well managed via whatsapp.

I would add a small light in the living room for the guests that sleep on the couch, the strong main light is a bit uncomfortable

Excellent apartment in a great location.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. A few minutes walk into central Porto but in a quiet area off main roads. Immaculate apartment and the bonus of a sunny balcony.

The wifi wasn't great. We tried 3 devices and occasionally it would let you view a webpage but you would get nowhere if trying to stream something. Fortunately there was good 5G coverage.

Good, not great.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t quite as nice (bright or clean) as in the photos, the shower needed maintenance which was promised but never came, the air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy, the location was further away than expected, and the “free bikes” are nonexistent.
