The room is comfortable and the airconditioner and water heater works well. Location is also perfect since it’s right across metro tacloban.
There’s a smell on the bathroom.

The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day. However, I noticed that the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, making the room feel quite warm at times. Despite this issue, I was very impressed with the overall service, which was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff are 100% very attentive to my needs. They are so warm and accommodating. The property is a walking distance to the mall and the church.
The property appears to be clean and well maintained but the structure is not properly well kept as there is a foul smell coming out of the toilet like a drainage smell. Also, while sleeping, a cockroach crawled on my head and kept me awake all night.
