Folks above me was really noisy

Arrived very very late because of a mix up mix up. The gentleman that created me not only was accommodating but waved the pet fee for my puppy.

The room I was staying in had just been renovated. The television didn't work. I just think they forgot to set it up. But it was a beautiful room

Room had a jacuzzi tub in room. TV reception was good

The office staff were rude! Room was supposed to have a king size bed with jacuzzi. It had a full size bed at best that was Hard and Uncomfortable! I had to clean the jacuzzi tub and bathtub as they were both disgusting!

Plenty of hot water for shower.

The location is not a safe place for a woman traveling alone. There is no terrace or garden view, And I had to go buy my own towels as the hotel only provided hand towels.

NOT a thing

First red flag was when I was asked for $20.00 cash deposit to cover damages and security. Room had a bed, tv, frig, one chair and frig. There was a note in the room that you could not have a guest in the room, but only the individuals renting. Also, they gave you instructions on where to take your trash out the next morning. No coffee in room. It had a cold feeling. TV channels were not acceptable for children. Loud music playing. We gave up are reservation in 2 hours and went to another hotel. I would not suggest anyone book from this place.

There wasn't any breakfast offered. The location was fine.

There was old furniture and cans of paint under the stairway. The phone inside room didn't work. Refrigerator wasn't plugged in so it wasn't cold for my drinks. Mold and Mildew on the headboard, nightstand and lamp. I ended up having to move to another room.
