Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, A/C, Gas BBQ, boat dock & opportunity to enjoy both Bay side and the beach. Sleeps 7. Weekly rentals and partial week rentals. Pets welcome with $100 pet fee. Please note that you will need to bring your own linens and that the upstairs master bedroom and bath are separate from the main level living, with a private entrance. Mid May- Mid September rentals go through Sandcastle Reality in South Bethany. All other dates reservations can be made through VRBO. Included with the regular house cleaning fee, our cleaners will either wipe with a disinfectant cloth or spray with an aerosol cleaner, all high touch surface areas. For an additional fee of $125, we can offer a mist disinfectant service that puts charged particles into the air that will cover all surface areas and kills Covid 19. It is odorless, takes minutes to dry and is safe for pets and people.
