Risposte rapide, disponibilità (check-in 14.00), professionalità, puntualità e gentilezza staff (Silvia bravissima!). Posizione incredibilmente vicina a tutto, bellissima ristrutturazione, stanza carina, doccia grande, letto comodo, acqua potabile.
Stanza diversa (più piccola) da quella prenotata (di conseguenza il rapporto qualità/prezzo), bagno non adeguato alla qualità della stanza (lavandino ridicolo, si bloccava lo sciacquone, assenza portasciugamani, pulizia non impeccabile, solo 1 telo doccia e 1 mani per 4 notti è insufficiente), una luce non funzionante, difettoso campanello entrata.

humungous construction site nextdoor; noise nuissance as from early morning, every morning little to no facilities; 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 persons for 4 days; coffee machine but no pads, no sugar Some unpleasant shortcomings such as the drainage of the washbasin did not work properly and water from the toilet that kept running
