House was super clean and welcoming! We had a few issues with the pool but Adrian was quick to remedy them. Neighborhood is great and close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Communication was good with Adrian and thank God for that. When we checked in, my son was anxious to jump in the pool but had to wait for the pump to run for a few hours before he could jump in. The water was cloudy and could not see the pool floor and there were bugs and leaves floating. The pump ran for a few hours and we were able to get in for a bit but had to stop since the pool light was not operable.
That evening, I found a lot of water on hallway and bathroom. I discovered that the ac unit was leaking water and the pitcher that was catching the water was overflowing. I contacted Adrian and he had an a guy show up the next day so I had to throw out the pitcher of water multiple times until he arrived later the next evening.
We did get a small refund after checkout. I was still disappointed by the experience and will not return again. We also found a vape pen and cork of Patron behind the sofa. It appears they clean around the furniture but do not move furniture to clean properly.
