The room was large, as was the covered deck and private picnic area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were activities available and spaces for families to be together.
The resort cats were so cute. A bit pushy asking for food but it was fun to watch the kittens play.
The food was ok and a good price.
The loud level of noise from.the water park over the river. The resort do warn there is noise but I wasn't expecting loud thump thump music all day or jet skis roaring up and down the river. I had to use my headphones to block it out.

Jazyková vybavenost personálu- Angličtina. U snídaně nerozuměl co jsme si objednali a vznikly zmatky a nepochopení

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine extérieure de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont meublées avec goût et sont agréables ainsi que confortables.
L’hôtel se situe à côté d’un parc d’attractions. La musique assourdissante émanant du parc s’entend sur toute l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Le personnel bien que gentil ne comprend pas toujours nos commandes.
