I absolutely loved everyone i met there, especially the cleaning lady, but also other staff, and some of the room mates. The location is very good.
Very basic hostel that could use a bit of renovation, along with the privacy, bed curtains, air condition...

Such a great location and the staff were all lovely. I was even lucky enough to have the whole dorm to myself during my last two days. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in Porto.

Nice place. Very good location right near subway station. Quiet at night, comfortable bed, I slept really well. Friendly, on-site staff. Kitchen is small but it works. As other reviewers have noted, it's kept clean and No Bedbugs! this seems rare for hostels in Porto. Towels are included. They will store your luggage before/after checkout. Good value considering all these factors.
The only common area in this hostel is the very small kitchen. so that's not exactly ideal for encouraging guests to meet each other, there's only one small couch. The lockers in the rooms are a bit small/flimsy, they have their own keys, so you don't use your own lock. Both good & bad. No place in the rooms to hang up wet towels ( but that's a common problem in many hostels ).

Bang in the middle of town
The room on the street is noisy and has flashing neons from the main street shining through the window chinks.
